Un hotel pour voyage éclair, bon service, déjeuner médiocre, bonne laveuse de linge.||La vue est belle sur la baie et même si les voies ferrées sont devant vous, il semble qu'elles ne||servent plus, alors pas de bruit.||Pas d'air climatisé et une toute petite fenêtre qui ouvre trois pouces, je comprends que la température n'est peut-être pas chaude mais avec des fenêtres qui ouvrent ils n'auraient même pas besoin du petit fan qui est dans la chambre et remue l'air chaud.

Hôtel sans surprise de qualité à PRINCE RUPERT||Nous y sommes restés une seule nuit mais nous avons apprécié cet établissement tranquille de standing confortable||Les chambres sont confortables ||Le petit déjeuner est moyen

Staff were friendly and location is great. Very near a Tim Hortons and other food places. Nice view of Harbour. | Nice extras in room like binoculars and a rag for makeup etc. | Can’t go higher in the ratings as the value is just there for what you get compared to others. Rooms are def. dated and a bit cramped. It was ok clean but in need of a deep clean. Beds were comfortable | Breakfast was continental and manned by one person which caused a bit of a backlog. Seems spread out with self serve might be easier and more efficient. There was a boil water advisory on while there and needed to get drinking and toothbrushing water from the cooler at front. | Over all ok but the value for price point was not there.

The front-desk staff were very helpful, courteous & professional, offering a warm welcome when we checked in. The woman who ran the breakfast in the morning was also helpful. The breakfast was good, as guests could opt to have cereal, toast, bagels, juice, coffee & fresh fruit. I think there was instant oatmeal too. The room was comfortable & the bathroom was clean & seemed to have been refreshed recently. Parking was convenient, as it was immediately in front of the hotel. For a room that had a view of the parking lot, the rate may have been a bit high. But, it isn’t wildly out of line with other accommodations. I think a view of the water would have been preferable, but it was ~$50 more a night. It was a pleasant stay at the hotel

Check in was great. Room was comfortable. View was fantastic. The breakfast area was interesting. Access to the breakfast cereals and some bagels premade waffles yogurts and boiled eggs was restricted. A guest had to request the breakfast. Not terrible until 6 folks came in and bottlenecked the breakfast area maybe consider a different approach. Other than that it was really nice very expensive for what it was. Sparkle hills in Kelowna expensive.

Building old as the hills around. Must have been refitted recently because only the structure is old. Interior is very much up to date and well tended to.

Beds clean and comfortable. Paused my insomnia and I only woke up 3 times (usually 6 or 8 in a strange bed)... That is a definite result of the comfort.

Big shout out and appreciation for this Hotel in how they handled our arrival with my service dog. It was a huge 'little detail' for me and so unexpected. They were %100 correct with how they addressed and accepted my service dog. There was ZERO pretense or pre-judging us as fraudulent.
So rare.
So appreated.
They have obviously taken care to make their staff comfortable and aware of how to ensure guests don't feel criminalized for using a service dog.

There was no pretextural demand for ID. Instead they observed her proper comportment and left it at that. This is the way everyone should be... Only makes those misbehaving feel uncomfortable and lets the innocent enjoy their day.

Wir haben dieses Hotel auf Grund der Nähe zum BC Ferry Terminal gewählt. Der Mitarbeiter beim Check-In war auch um 1:00 Uhr nachts (die Fähre hatte Verspätung ) sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer macht einen guten Eindruck und scheint vor kurzem renoviert worden zu sein. Gerade das Bad war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist zentral mit guten Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen und Einkaufen.

Ganz und gar nicht empfehlen können wir das Frühstück. Grundsätzlich ist dieses ein solides kontinentales Frühstück. Aber es wird eine komische Atmosphäre durch die Mitarbeiterin verbreitet, welche das Frühstück ausgibt. Man traut sich nicht wirklich Fragen zu stellen und hat eher das Gefühl zu stören. Der Ton ist eher unfreundlich und abweisend.
