I had an incredible experience at Inner Balance Spa with Jocelyn. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The therapist was professional, attentive, and truly skilled. Jocelyn took the time to understand my needs and focused on all the right areas, relieving tension and stress I didn’t even realize I was holding.

We love Cara’s therapeutic massages! She has a remarkable ability to tailor each session to our individual needs. My family and kids (11 and 6) always look forward to their appointments with her, as she creates such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. It was my first time going to Inner Balance this week and I booked a massage with Cara. She was exceptional. She used a number of techniques and really listened to what I wanted out of my massage. I have always had great experiences at Inner Balance, but recently I had the most amazing massage with Cara! She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional. Cara took the time to listen to my needs and tailored the session perfectly to address my specific concerns. Her pressure was absolutely perfect, and her head and neck massage was especially incredible. I never felt as though she was rushing, and she even went above and beyond by taking time after the session to show me stretches to help alleviate my neck and shoulder pain. I truly appreciate her care and expertise—she's fantastic!

I received a therapeutic massage here today and it was one of the best I've ever had. Cara did an amazing job getting real deep into the muscles and made me feel so much better. I am a bodybuilder so most RMT's can't quite do the job for me, but Cara is the real deal and definitely knew what she was doing. Will be back very soon. 5/5

I had such a great experience with my skin specialist for a facial. She knew my skin, asked the requirements and gave effective tips to maintain a routine. They never came across pushy or “too fancy” for us vibe , which you normally you’d get at some spas. I’d recommend their services to anyone long to rejuvenate their skin for a special occasion.

Twyla is a fantastic massage therapist. My husband and I have both been going to her for maybe 8 or 9 years now. The spa could work on their lighting and soundproofing in the treatment rooms as some rooms are better than others, but nothing I won’t put up with for the quality of the massage.
