Awful business. Stole my money from an online order and refused to refund me, I warned them. They take no accountability for themselves. Their driver was always late, his name is Earnest. When I questioned the driver for his tardiness he tried to flirt with me after his poor service. Due to so many red flags and the lack of professionalism from staff when I said they would be getting busted soon for intercepting online orders and stealing from people and they told me that losing me as a customer wouldn’t be that big of a loss… low and behold this dispensary, very shorty after my experience, got busted for millions of dollars of diverted online marijuana orders. Never have gotten my money back. Highly suggest everyone finds a reputable dispensary. I have shopped at many inspired locations and this is by far the most criminal, unprofessional, illegal front of a business

Dishu is the absolute best!! She’s always so sweet and polite, and her recommendations are on point every time. I legit had such a fun time after going with what she suggested 😂 She really knows her stuff and makes the whole experience super chill and easy. Love seeing her there!!!❤️

I really enjoyed coming here regularly- staff is informative and friendly, except for one. The tall Dark guy, very mellow... I've experienced him last 3 times I visit and he doesn't listen fully and is in a hurry to ring you up- I like asking questions of product and he had zero interest in telling me details and just ask if I want it or not. I'm thinking I will make the drive to white rock where bloom used to be - they have higher edibles and customer service Is always tops and welcoming. He also only smiles and greets the pretty ladies and stares at them while taking care of the other customer, so gross. Other than him the rest have been so friendly and ready to help. PEACE.

I had worst experience there with the security guard who is bald and tall at the front entrance. Even though i had my IDs with me, he didn’t allowed me to go in. He always tries to do this with community. People like him spread hate and race by there discriminative behaviour among Coloured people. Better they should replace him or make him understand to how to behave with customers.

I didn’t know a 1G vape cartridge is only filled this much…seems like you guys are cheating your customers. Whenever I get cartridges from other dispensaries the air in the cartridge is significantly less from the although still being there. This is just madness, won’t be coming back and suggest others not to either.
