Purchased a hot tub, and speakers had issues a week after we purchased. Called them, they came and said nothing is wrong. A few months after they were not working again. Finally called them again, they came while we were not home, found a bill in the door, being charged almost 300. And I'm assuming I would have to pay for the replacement parts and subsequently for the labor of replacing it. Spent 12 k on a hot tub and to the speakers died within the first 4 months....Apparently, speakers are under warranty only 6 months which was not mentioned upfront and even if the other parts are under warranty you will still be charged for the trip and depending where you are you might be charged 125 dollars only for the driver to come take a look. The hot tub was but cheap and had I known the fine print from the beginning,I would have not purchased it. I am a bit disappointed to be honest about the whole situation.

The staff is great store is clean but the chlorine is watery down I brought 2 bottles of the 20 L chlorine from them I put 10 L into my pool as I do all the time notice no change in the water then I went ahead and added the next 10 L makes that 20 L in one day still no change so on Monday I added the next bottle but still no change then I realize that is chlorine is watery down. Please if anyone buying chlorine from this store in Ajax please pay attention to the chlorine your getting cheap but more water chlorine I call the store and let them know but it seems like they dont care she girl that answered ask me what I would like her to do I say nothing just letting you know that the chlorine is back she like I have no other complaints so I said maybe the didn’t realize it but I do no way I should put 40 L of chlorine into my pool in 2 days her attitude makes me put his up so please test the chlorine you get from them.

Spoke to Brenda on the phone she was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately they didn't have what I need but she called around and gave me all the suggestions to help find the liner I was looking for! Will definitely use them again in the future!

I didn't go inside since they were closed but visited a business next door. This space used to be a convention center. It's now International pool and spa center. The outside is clean and well maintained. It's a very large space for them, they have the whole building.

I drive 5 miles out of my way and pass numerous other dealers because your staff is the best and your prices are the much more affordable than the dealer up the street from me.

It’s always a pleasure dealing with international pool and spa. All the employees at this location are amazing. However, they have an employee that stands out named Malek at this location. He’s very intelligent and gives amazing advice. We feel as if he treats every customer like family. He will not let you leave the store until you are completely satisfied. We will definitely be going to this location more often because of customer service like malek and the other employees have shown toward our business. Keep it up!
