Had an amazing first visit to Ivy’s!
My boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Our food arrived within minutes of ordering, super quick service, and the portions were massive, easily enough for leftovers (which I love!). Both dishes were served hot, full of flavor, and beautifully presented.

One of my favourite touches was the menu, it had pictures of the dishes, which made ordering so much more fun and helped us know exactly what to expect. The whole place has a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

Such a cute spot with great food and great service, highly recommend! 😋❤️

This is the best Vietnamese food I've had since moving north. At first I thought the salad rolls were a bit small, but holy hell, they tasted so good that I ain't mad. Perfect banh mi.

I’m in Prince George for work and so happy that I tried Ivy’s. Just the perfect homey Vietnamese vibe that makes me think of my family.

I had the chicken & pork patty vermicelli (bún thịt gà và nem nướng) and a pandan milk tea. The vermicelli bowl is huge (good value lol) so I couldn’t finish it. The chicken was the highlight for me though.

Pandan milk tea reminds me of the street drinks I get in Vietnam, it was a lovely treat. I could tell they infuse the milk with real pandan, and it’s fortunately not too sweet either.

Wishing Ivy’s Kitchen lots of success and I’m glad I stopped by 🙂

Ivy's Family Kitchen is my favorite place to dine for so many reasons! They are beautiful-hearted people who put their soul into their restaurant, and it shows! It is well lit, and their accent walls are gorgeous, their chairs are comfortable and sturdy, and the decor is gorgeous! The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming, even when they are swamped with orders via telephone, in-person coming to pick up orders, and with customers sitting in the restaurant. They never get a moments rest (on Fridays, it appears), but their attitudes are always welcoming and friendly. Their food remains consistently delicious 😋 It is TOUGH to find a restaurant in Prince George with consistently delectable food. Most places are hit or miss, but I've never had a bad dish here yet! I 100% recommend you all take a minute to go and experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed. We had their spring rolls as well, but we devoured them before we took a picture 📸 Haha! Enjoy!

Food was decently good. Staff was not knowledgeable. Lots of confusion with a simple drink order. Restaurant was disgusting. Seats and floors were so dirty. I would be worried to see how dirty the kitchen is. Staff was not concerned about our dining experience. We have visited 3 Pho restaurants recently and this location was by far the worst. I hope the cleanliness of this restaurant is addressed. We will not be returning.

We have been looking for pho from Whittier to Prince George and this is the only open place we found this winter with awesome food!
A really confortable place with delicious food!
We had the huge rare beef pho and lemongrass chicken! The fish sauce was everything!!
The service is really kind and super fast.
We had a really good experience.

We called in to pick up our Pho order. The waitress took our order but she got my phone number wrong. When my boyfriend came to pick it up the waitress said there was no Pho except for "vegetarian broth". They tried calling me but couldn't reach me because the phone number was incorrect which write down by their server. I was pretty upset because we waited over 45 minutes for nothing. But I still wanted to give the business 4 stars because of the way the owner handled the situation. She gave my boyfriend a free spring roll and apologized. I work in the food and beverage industry too so I know people make mistakes sometimes. Of course we wasted our time and money so we expect great customer service but I would love to give Ivy Kitchen another chance in the future and wish them all the best.
