Wonderful Korean facial by Becky and incredible massage by Veronica - I’m so happy! I Own a a spa and it’s hard to impress me. McKenna & Dahlia had incredible customer service in the lobby and retail store as well. Every other staff member working gave great service too. Such a great experience!

What a wonderful, accessible, and inclusive this beautiful place is. The entire experience was superb!!!! Everyone was very welcoming, kind, sweet, and helpful. I came with my mom, who has mobility difficulties and uses a wheelchair to move around. The place is accessible, the staff super helpful, ensuring our experience was relaxing and a complete dream. The therapist was so patient and helped my mom get up and down the massage table and rotate as needed with such a warm and sweet heart… her name is Annie and my mom is so grateful to her for a very well deserved and relaxing massage. Becky, as always, amazing, helpful, friendly and thoughtful who made it all happen! And of course be therapist Jenn, was wonderful in her detailed massage and so helpful with me and my mom as well. Everyone just wanting us to feel relaxed and stress free.

I did the Earth Package. It’s a 3-hour long treatment plus 30 minute Volcanic Rock Therapy. The massage and facial treatment were amazing. You also get a $10 credit you could use at their lululemon store. I was just not happy about the fact that they didn’t have showers/baths. I like taking a shower before any massage or treatment, I feel cleaner that way. But they don’t have a shower room for you to wash up which is very strange for a spa not to have. I left the spa with very oily hair after my massage. My masseuse didn’t wash her hands before massaging my scalp so the oil got on my hair. It would be nice to be able to wash it off if only they had a shower room

Amazing experience, a mindful relaxing time…a mind and body melt. The greeting staff is very professional, friendly, helpful and very complimentary , treating you with delicious tea, water and delectable local chocolates. The facial products were divine, Becky was very knowledgeable and gave a fantastic facial. Lindsey the masseuse was excellent incorporating mindfulness and deep breathing into the massage which helped soften and relax the muscles. The volcanic floor sauna room at the end of your session is the icing on the cake, pulling you even deeper into relaxation. Wonderful experience and definitely worth a go!

On June 12th, I visited “spa” expecting a peaceful, relaxing experience — but instead, I witnessed something incredibly disappointing. While sitting in the lounge waiting for my appointment, I overheard the manager yelling at her staff in an aggressive, condescending tone. It was loud enough for guests to hear and made the atmosphere extremely tense and uncomfortable. When we walked in, she didn’t greet us or acknowledge us at all, and her presence set a very negative tone for the entire visit.

What really stood out was how kind and professional the rest of the staff were — they were doing their best to make the experience enjoyable, but you could clearly see how uncomfortable they were around her. It seemed like this wasn’t the first time she had treated them this way.

Initially, I was going to let it go, thinking maybe she was just having a bad day. But when I returned a few days later to purchase retail products, she was exactly the same — rude, cold, and dismissive. At that point, it became clear this is just how she behaves. I truly feel for the staff who have to work under such conditions, and for guests who expect a calming, respectful environment. I won’t be returning, and I hope serious changes are made.

Wonderful treatment at Iwa I had a mommy moment while my boys golfed. Very thankful. The dreamcicle body treatment was incredible! Marie is amazing my skin feels soooo soft. She gives the best massage as well she worked out knots on my shoulders neck I feel fabulous! The boutique staff is wonderful here as well. Many thanks to Iwa for a lovely experience. Definitely try the volcanic rock yoga… super therapeutic and relaxing…the heat sinks right into your bones. A must try!

The massage session was amazing, so calming and just what I needed. The volcanic rock therapy was incredible relaxing, and helped ease all my tension. I left feeling refreshed and totally relaxed. Highly recommend for a peaceful escape!

Wow! Today I visited the beauty spa where I received a pedicure from Kaydance, she was very kind and did an amazing job at making me comfortable and giving me a relaxing pedicure!
Then I went over to the spa and received a Red Hot Scalp Massage from Luis and it was incredible. So relaxing, he was amazing.
Lastly, I finished off with the Volcanic Rock room which Denise brought me to and explained how it works, she was very kind and made me feel so comfortable, that was the most relaxing way to end the experience.
The entire atmosphere here is wonderful, they offered tea, water & a nice chocolate. The location is beautiful and the staff are so nice! I have never felt so relaxed and will definitely be returning. Thank you so much to everyone at Iwa Spa!
