Chris was so warm and inviting, pleasant, super friendly and he gave us solid advice on food choices. He appreciated the challenges with paper straws. Lol

My friend and I enjoyed the chicken tacos and bacon cheeseburger. Everything was fresh and delicious. That PB cheesecake is amazing!!

I haven’t been to Jack Astors in years and my recent visit reminded me why. The hostess at the front t if restaurant was pleasant and nice, so shout out to her. But there wasn’t anything else that stands out as amazing that will make me visit any time soon. The nacho dish was so bland and put my taste buds to sleep. And when I decided to get some noodles to go, it was no better.

It was Mackenzie’s first night as a server fresh out of training and we were her first table, she did amazing, kept checking in on us, was very friendly and personable - the Jack Astor’s in Pickering is lucky to have her as a server!

First time at this location & complete let down. Went on a Friday night & it wasn’t super busy - however the service completely lacked. Took over 30 mins for our drinks.

On top of it, my friend ordered one of their new menu items that was advertised with a picture. It was described to spicy as well, however it looked nothing like the picture, wasn’t spicy and lacked complete flavour.

Probably won’t be visiting this location again.

Such a great experience! The food and service were all so good and made for such a great family birthday dinner. Our server, Tia, was so great. She was super sweet, patient, and approachable. She definitely helped make the whole experience much better. A great server is so important and she most definitely made the service amazing. Thank you Tia!

I had quite a day today so I decided to eat my feelings on carbs tonight. No better place to do that than Jack Astor’s. I feel like this restaurant knocks everything out of the park with a consistency that is unmatched.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and I would be amiss not to mention Falisha’s incredible presence and attentiveness to my table. Her service was on point all evening, knowing what I needed and making me feel comfortable and relaxed. She’s also really funny and made me laugh.

The food was out of the kitchen fast, starting with the garlic cheese bread which I highly recommend. Obviously not healthy for you and obviously I don’t care because it’s delicious.

Following the bread was the loaded nachos which were crunchy, fresh and tasty topped with beef. Last up was the chicken fingers with honey garlic sauce and fries on the side. Lightly breaded chicken fingers, seasoned perfectly and crispy golden fries. Delicious!

I’ve been here before and will come back again regardless of how my day went.

Had lunch here with 5 other friends on the outdoor patio. Patio was very nice and well kept. Staff was very friendly and service was awesome. The waitresses that served us on Tuesday July 28h around 1:30 was awesome. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Highly recommend.
