Visited Jen for a lymphatic drainage massage which I had never had before. I’m about a month post knee surgery and had read this type of massage would help with swelling and bring fresh blood to my knee to help it heal. Jen explained the process and benefits exceptionally well and not only did I have a great massage, I learned a few things too.
