It was such an amazing experience here at Jessie Nails. The person that did my pedicure was very attentive and service was top notched! She did everything very carefully without rushing even though there are people waiting. Worth coming back!

I had such a wonderful experience today at my pedicure. The salon is so clean. The staff is so friendly and they have so many choices. It’s very professional given an awesome foot and leg massage and I love coming here. I’ve seen a lot of salons in the area and nothing compares to this one. I love it. It’s intimate and not so busy like other ones. Attention to detail is perfect.

I went to jessie love for a pedicure today. It wasn't my first time and it won't be my last. The salon is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The woman who did my pedicure was attentive, kind, and friendly. And my feet look great!

I had new set of acrylic nails done at this salon (when it was called Spa Di Da) during the pandemic several years ago, and Crystal did an amazing job. I came back several times for refills, and was very pleased with the service each and every time. However, I recently had a new set of, what I thought were, acrylic nails (that's what I asked for). I had a different technician do my nails this time around. After 9 days, the nails started to lift. By day 12 of getting the new set, 4 of the nails completely lifted, so I had to remove them. I should note that after the new set of nails were applied, I was very gentle with my hands, so there was no obvious reason why the lifting would occur. To my shock and dismay, upon removal, 3 of my nails had developed fungus, and one of the nails now has a deep horizontal ridge. My natural nails are thin, but were in healthy condition when I had this new set applied. I had to remove the rest of the new set of nails, for obvious reasons. I assumed this would be challenging. I clipped the nails short for easier removal, and much to my surprise, the nails basically shattered and came right off with little effort. I can only conclude that the nails weren't prepared correctly and/or the product(s) used were inferior. I should add that I have worn either acrylic, powder gel or liquid gel nails for over the course of the past 35 years on a consistent basis, and never have I encountered this type of issue. Again, all of this occurred within only days of having a brand new set of nails applied. Doing online research, I read that it could be an issue with the cleanliness of the equipment used, improper application/size of the artificial tips, improper filing technique, etc. I write this as information to caution others and to inform the salon so that they can reevaluate their practices. I wouldn't want someone else to have this happen to them. Sadly, I'm now forced to wait for my natural nails to grow out. I am using anti-fungal treatment, and other nourishing products to get my nails back to good health so that hopefully, I can enjoy beautiful nails again.
