Hello.

I am sad to report this review. I’ve always gone to J J’s for food and the service has always been so good. However, today, I ordered ahead of time and got three chicken strips with fries. This was the amount I received for $13.60. Not worth the money whatsoever. When I walked back in to the store I asked the manager if there was a “free refill” in the fries and she looked at me confused, and said “no, because then the server would have to bring it out, but nice try”. Super disappointed with today’s service.

Don't go here if you like customized food. They cannot get it right! I order the same thing often. As I work just around the corner from them. Btl with no regular mayo. Add chipotle mayo instead. I make sure to say I only want one kind of mayo on my sandwich. Every time I get both mayos and enough for three sandwiches! I do not like regular mayo!

I went with a large group of friends in February and our waiter, Eric J was absolutely amazing. He was hilarious and helped us the whole night. Our food was amazing and we had a great time! Eric was super helpful despite us being a table of teenagers and had us laughing all night! If he’s still there please tell him thank you Sir!

I came here this morning with my kids for brunch - around 10am. We were in and out in an in over hour. The server was okay - didn't seem like much of a people person but did her job. I was disappointed with the portion sizes today - I ordered the Sunriser but the cube hash brown portion was very small, it took me about 5 bites to finish them. The food was flavorful and my kids enjoyed it. The price points are reasonable too. For 2 kids and me, we paid $31 which wasn't terrible at all. At whitespot, one child and myself is $40 so this was better on the budget but service was mediocre.

Delicious food, great service, very attractive pricing for the super varied menu. Something for everyone! It was my first time in for dinner after having had lunch once or twice. Had the California Crispy Chicken Burger and substituted yam fries. Will definitely be back!

The food was good. I won't say exceptional but good. The portion size was big. I couldn't finish.
What throw me off and why I only give 3 star is the dress code for the waitresses. I understand black leggings are good for almost any situation. Work, gym, home, walk, groceries, etc. But when when the waitresses wear a tight pants that goes absolutely deep into their butt cheeks, the top is only to their waist line then they bending left and right to clean the tables right at your face while u eating!!! No thank you!!! Have some decency! Wear a proper black pants or a longer top that covers your butt. I am sure some guys like to see this but I am absolutely sure many ppl share my opinion.

Great place for some comfort food. Diner style with a pub attached to it. The service has always been great when I've visited. The food has been of a good portion and hot when served. I tried the pulled pork sandwich with french onion soup on my last visit and wasn't disappointed. The price is fair for what I've ordered so far. I will be back.
