One of the front desk receptionist, I believe she is Asian with long black hair. She is not a so friendly and kind of rude! Working in costumer service you need to be approachable and nice.

Had a fall yesterday at the crossing outside of the centre. Directed by two bystanders who assisted me to get looked after by staff who patched me up just fine. There was a large truck parked and blocking one's view of oncoming traffic which I thought should not be allowed either.

JBCC is the best gym I've ever been a member of. I've been going there for 10 years now.

Commercial gyms chase trends and lead people astray for profit. As a community centre staffed by many people with Kinesiology backgrounds, JBCC provides the stuff that's actually effective. As a result it's a very effective selection of equipment in a pretty small space, because they don't have all those useless isolation exercise machines that other gyms do.

Great centre. The gym is well equipped and not too busy. Helpful and friendly staff.

Went for yoga here. It was good! The views of the water were good, the instructor was good. Overall good. There is no parking though. So be prepared for street parking

Had to give one star, wanted to give zero. Saturday 24 Aug 10am. Young man at the front desk incredibly UNHELPFUL. I’m a paying member asking for a simple favour. Was told no more than once. Then lied to. Only when I pushed back did I receive a tiny bit of customer service from another employee. Someone should tell him that it isn’t essential for him to always have the last word. Maybe the young man at the front desk should receive some basic training in customer service or get rid of him.

Front desk is ok but the guy who helped us set up the room was excellent customer service
