10/10 experience today. This will be my new favourite nail salon in Duncan!! The staff were all so sweet and welcoming. They autoclave their instruments so you know that the tools are STERILE, as someone who works in the medical field I really appreciated this.

Jota, Delia, and especially John made our experience so fun and enjoyable. They also do a hand massage, hot towel and cuticle oil at the end. A real manicure experience, and not rushed at all. Love it I will be back👏🏼❤️

I get black ombré acrylic nails and they are perfect! I’ve been told it very difficult and have been told no by other nail techs. In the past I’ve also always had many nails lift because I have a short nail beds, I’ve only lost one nail after waiting almost a month to between fills one time from Jotas! I could not recommend them more! They’re very thorough, always making sure every nail is perfect. They’re also very knowledgeable, kind and friendly! I would given them more stars if I could!

Started a new job where my hands are in focus all the time so figured I'd book into get my short ugly nails done up nice with extensions and gel polish. I'm so very happy with them that I keep coming back! Salon is clean and well organized, staff is super friendly, service is top notch! Sindy is an expert and my nails always look fantastic when I' done. I highly recommend this salon!
