I went for a pedicure yesterday as I have had them here in the past and it’s been great! But not this time unfortunately, the girl that did mine cut my nails so short she cut into my toe and caused severe pain. I can’t even wear a closed toe shoe until it heals. And the quality of her work was poor at best, there was gel on my toes and cuticles after she was done and I had to come home at try to shape them and file off the excess gel.

For spending $75+ a tip, I am very disappointed and hope the staff is better trained next time as I would like to come back again provided it’s a good experience like it had been in the past.

I frequent here for pedicures and always leave satisfied. I do wish sometimes they would pay a bit more attention to detail. (I’ve had a few spots missed a couple of visits.)
Overall the owner alongside her team give a great salon experience and been willing to accommodate my requests.

horrible experience. came to get acrylic nails removed and she cut my finger as you can see, tried sanding them down and told me to "tell her when it starts to hurt." i suggested soaking them in acetone to help easy up the removal process. she didn't let them soak for long enough before going ham on my fingers trying to scrape them off. i was told it would only take 20 minutes so i went when i was on my hour lunch at work. ended up taking an hour and a half and i was late coming back. she didn't even fully remove them as you can see in the pictures. it was very unprofessional, i don't recommend this place to anyone! not even my worst enemy. wasn't worth the 15$ to get injured and leave with them not even fully removed. if i could give this 0 stars or less i would. absolute horrendous experience.

I always have a great experience here!! Wonderful staff, great atmosphere and high quality work my toes gel polish application lasts me for months or until I get tired of the length/color and want a change! I try to make my appointments a group event with a few friends and they are great with accommodating us and we all have a terrific pedicure!

I had gone here in the past for a pedicure. I did like this place. It's comfortable and the staff was nice. I got gel nail covering my nails recently. They didn't even last a week, 4 days, and they started to chip. Very disappointed. I did get a refund.

Jess is such a good nail technician !!
She is always good with customer and takes care of their needs! Needless to say , her work is phenomenal and excellent!! I highly recommend this beauty salon!

It was truly an amazing experience. I had Lee doing my toes and a fill for my nails. I actually fell asleep when Lee was doing my hands. I recommend J & S Beauty to everyone.
Customer service was top notch and you felt very welcomed! Ty for that! Excellent customer service goes along way now a days!
