I’ve been going to this spa regularly for the past four months, and it’s honestly one of my favorite self-care routines. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, and the complimentary sauna before the massage is such a great bonus. I always book a relaxation massage and it’s consistently amazing. Jennifer is wonderful - kind, professional, and really intuitive. The price is very reasonable for the quality of service, definitely great value for money. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend this spa!

Sad to add another similar review like those other negative ones. The front desk staff have a way of making it an acupuncture session when you go in for a RMT. After the massage they inform you that your coverage doesn’t cover this and what you book wasn’t RMT even though it was a massage. So the massage therapist isn’t properly licensed I imagine. So having gone through their funnel, it’s best for those using coverage and insurance don’t come here. Not worth some workaround they are trying to run here.

Have been coming here for about 4 years, always a great experience, have had acupuncture and massage services by a variety of acupuncture specialists and RMTs and always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The owner is extremely friendly and polite. The overall attention to hygiene and sanitization is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Have been here twice and loved it both times. The staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, both on reception and in the treatment areas. My facials were wonderful both visits, and my RMT massage from Mansour hit spots I didn’t even know needed hit! The complementary sauna at the beginning is the perfect way to begin a really enjoyable bit of ‘me’ time. Thoroughly recommended.

When I first visited this center, they scheduled me for a massage the following week. Despite having all my insurance information as well as my spouse’s, when we went back the next week, they told us the insurance wouldn’t cover it, and we’d have to pay upfront and claim it ourselves. They didn’t even bother to call us in advance to inform us so that we could decide accordingly. After a 30-minute drive and taking time out of our schedule to go there, they told us about this issue only upon arrival. The receptionist rudely said, “You’ll get your money back from the insurance,” but my concern wasn’t the money. I was upset because I had to visit twice for a 30-minute massage, and they were trying to corner me into accepting the situation. My main issue was with the time wasted. In the end, I left without getting the massage, having wasted a significant amount of my time by choosing this center. The employees’ poor English, lack of professionalism, and disregard for people’s time are major weaknesses of this center.

"I had a great skin care experience with Irene ✨.
I have rather dark and acne-scarred skin, and this was my first time coming to Juillet Wellness where Irene was my consultant. My first impression was that she had very, very beautiful skin, and I joked that I wanted to have skin like hers.
Although my English is not good, Irene consulted me very enthusiastically. Today, I had my first facial treatment. I swear to everyone that after the treatment, my skin felt bright and smooth for the first time in many years, and I have 2 more sessions to go. I feel very happy that Irene chose a treatment that worked for me. After 3 sessions, I will let everyone see the results. I think the most important thing in beauty is to choose a dedicated consultant and a truly suitable treatment. I wish everyone beautiful skin too.

Just came here on a whim and was waiting for friends near by. Did a deep tissue massage and felt great! The experience was overall relaxing. The receptionist is really nice and friendly. Kimberly did her best to give me a quick 30 min deep tissue massage and I honestly needed it after a long day and stressful week. Would come back again!

I recently visited this clinic for a Naturopath but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The doctor had difficulty finding a vein, and after three attempts with the needle, I felt very uneasy. I doubt I will return in the future. Additionally, the price I booked online was different from the price charged in the clinic. Since it was covered by my insurance, it wasn’t big deal, but I was surprised that there was no explanation about the price difference until I asked. The payment was simply processed without clarification, which left me feeling uncomfortable.
