Julie was my RMT years ago when she practiced in London. I came to her as part of my care plan for an injury, but continued with her long after for her professional and skilled talents. She was patient and would answer my questions, tailor the sessions based on my pain or stress level and provided stretches and tips to add to my routines outside the massage office. She also continued as my RMT while I became pregnant and post baby, tailoring her approach for my comfort and safety. Only reason I’m not with her now is because she moved (though Sarnia is only an hour away… that’s how great she is that I considered it!). Julie was my RMT for 10+ years before she moved to Sarnia. She was excellent at listening to client needs both before an appointment and during (if something twitched unexpectedly, etc). I’d say she is medium-pressure, and gets right to the source of the problem.
