Just wanted to leave a note we came in about two weeks ago.
And we stopped in Thinking we’d only get a drink, however, our server / Hostess Brooke caused us stay much longer than we expected. What an amazing place , she was so friendly and kind made us feel completely at home and most of all we look forward to seeing her when we return Cheers Brooke !!

Our server Brooke was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was super sweet and helped us find exactly what we wanted! All of the staff there are always very nice and helpful but Brooke went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning again!

Unable to leave a rating on the food as we never received any. Waited an hour and 20 minutes for food but nothing arrived. Tables who were sat around the same time as us, has their meal finished and we’re leaving.

After cancelling the ordered, our original server wouldn’t come speak with us about the concern.

I came from Corner Brook for work and had to work a bit late. So I realize when I got to Jungle Jims at 8 it was late. A girl came over to me and asked if I want to have a table so I said sure. She asked me to wait a moment she left, then came back and said they were closing early sorry she couldn’t help me. I did get to the restaurant at 8. They close at 9. I feel like she should have known when I walked in that they were closing early and said so then. I also would have been happy if she said I could get something to take out But that wasn’t offered. I also realize that stuff happens and maybe you do have to close early but again I think I should have been told that when I walked in Not after I was asked if I wanted a table.

Ordered 4 tacos around 4:16pm April 29th 2025, waitress was lovely we got our drinks within 10 minutes, even brewed a fresh pot of coffee so service was good, it's when we were waiting around for our 4 tacos to be prepared that we started having an issue, 4:45 rolls around and we still haven't received our tacos, meanwhile people that had come in after us were getting full meals delivered, the waitress finally comes over and said she was sorry it was taking so long she said and I quote "tacos are intricate work and take time to make, we shouldn't rush the hands that feed you , they are here till 9pm" personally I bit my tongue because I've worked in this industry before I know how tacos are prepared and it was basically a bullshit excuse made by the kitchen, also orders are supposed to be done as they come in and you let your table know if it's going to be a while which we were not told... at this point we had been waiting 45 mins to an 1 hour for 4 TACOS. I was fed up so I cancelled the order. Went up to the cash as I offered to pay for the drinks we had gotten , the waitress said no worries about paying because of our wait, for that I was grateful. But when I asked to speak to whomever was running the kitchen I was informed there was NO kitchen manager. Completely unacceptable for a restaurant setting. We will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon. Unacceptable behavior from jungle Jim's GFW.

My friend and I came here today for a little girls date! My Jungle Crunch was sooo good! Our server Jordan was nothing but mannerable and so sweet! If I could give him more stars for service I would! Great staff all around and always great food!

The food was ok. The service was slow. 40 minutes to recieve food once ordered. The staff were friendly enough. The food was expensive for the quality of food. For those from other parts of the country there are scrunchions which comes along with the pan fried cod. They are salt pork pieces fried and rendered down as shown on the photo. It looks like a bowl of fat and grease which is used to put on your cod fillet for flavour. It was served on the side so the amount poured on could be controlled. Other than the wait and the expense the experience was good. $130+ for meals for 3 adults.
