This is a must stop if you are passing through Dryden!

We stopped here on our way from Thunder Bay to Winnipeg. It’s the perfect halfway/lunch stop, right on the main drag through town.

I got the bowser burger (double patty, double cheese, double bacon) and fries. It was absolutely perfect. Nice big patties, made fresh every morning, cooked to perfection. The bun was great, and the bacon was thick and delicious. The fries were also fresh, tasty, and salted to preference!

The owner is a very friendly man, who has over 40 years of cooking experience. Along with his son (who attended culinary school), the two of them run an amazing operation serving hundreds of people a day from April through to October. This is definitely THE place to stop in Dryden.

The atmosphere is also fantastic, with picnic tables, umbrellas, lights, and a washroom. Together service was extremely quick. It is worth mentioning though that it is CASH ONLY.

Great food, fast service, lovely owner. Some of the best fries I've ever had. Cheaper than McDonald's and a thousand times better. Dog-friendly.

Just traveling through on Trans Canada Highway we were super excited to stop for lunch at this chipstand. Walking up great atmosphere with great music playing. Just G's son welcomes you with a smile while he takes your order even brought to our table when it was ready. Such a great spot to super close to trans canada highway. When we were finished our meal we even got to talk and thank Just G owner for amazing meal which kept us full for rest of day. Must tries for food are pulled pork supreme sandwich, fries with gravy and the smokie sausage.

Great place to stop in Dryden! The owners are so friendly, we had a good little chat about our travels driving from PEI back home to Calgary!
We just grabbed a Poutine and a Jumbo Smokie. Both great sizes and filled us up. Poutine is really loaded up with cheese curds and had lots of gravy!

They only take cash, but if you’re lucky to be around when his son is there, he’ll take e-transfer, which was super convenient for us!

The lady at the gas station in Ignace recommended we go here. She also recommended we get subway coffee. She may be -1 for the subway coffee but she's +5 for this food truck! We had a burger, a Reuben and poutine.

Great food and amazing service. It’s a small family owned food truck that makes fries that are designed to be put in a poutine. The pulled pork sandwich is also the best I’ve ever had and I’m sad I didn’t get the pulled pork poutine. If your passing through I would highly recommend stopping here

Support this local place over the chain restaurants!!!!! Poutine had real cheese curds, burger was good and the hot dog was kid approved ! Friendly owners that brought over water for our dog too. Clean and comfortable outdoor eating areas. We will definitely be stopping here everytime we come by/thru Dryden !
