As a coffee lover always on the hunt for high-quality coffee, I had high hopes for this place. Unfortunately, the coffee didn’t really meet my expectations, was just regular and didn’t stand out in terms of flavor or quality.

That said, I did enjoy the banana bread it was very good and probably the highlight of my visit.

Overall, it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a simple coffee and a snack, but if you’re seeking a more refined coffee experience, this may not be the place.

Beautiful cafe with serene vibe. Their biscuits are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - heavenly! And only place in town I know of that not only serves hojicha but actually knows how to blend it to perfection. Expensive but worth it for the menu items you can't find anywhere else!

Did not have food. Best mocha I've had in a while. Tried the espresso and it was really strong (came with a shot of carbonated water ❤️). Quiet, clean place. Good service. Will be back.

Hands down the best coffee I’ve had in years. Stopped by Kanoo Coffee and had both a shot of espresso and a pourover, staying in to enjoy them. Nothing flashy or overhyped, just a well-built cafe that feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. It gave off that old-school vibe where you're encouraged to slow down, have a proper conversation, and enjoy the coffee for what it is.
Everything about the space felt intentional, even the washroom was cleaner and more pleasant than most places I’ve been to in Toronto. That alone already made it memorable. What really stood out though was how the staff took a moment to explain why they don’t serve long shots. It wasn’t just a “no,” it was a thoughtful explanation that showed they care about the craft. That’s when I knew I was in the right place.
Both the espresso and pourover were spot on. Brewed at the right temperature, right amount, clean all the way through. I could really taste the full range of the beans, and the attention to detail was obvious. I honestly wished this place was right around the corner from where I live. I'd probably even hand over my own beans just to see what they could do with them.

Came for morning coffee with my mother and sister the other day, and i have to say, super cute!

The baked goods were delicious, i had the orange blueberry muffin, and you could see the staff hard at work making more. The coffee was also quite good!! A bit on the pricier side, but 100% worth it.

We were in around 9am, and it was rather full, it seems to be a popular spot for work / study. And i can definitely see why!

So hipster paradise. Not a knock - just a comment on the aesthetic. the coffee was mid. The blueberry orange muffin was delicious. If was in the area would absolutely return

We came to check it out on a Sunday, it was not too busy. Clean and spacious. They had a small ramp to get in which was nice to see, they had a good size accessible bathroom inside. Only thing I hope they can add to the bathroom is a change table, also having a sink where the faucet turns on would be great for accessibility.
Staff very friendly. We got 2 lattes and 2 kids hot chocolates, 2 chocolate chip cookies, 2 poppyseed bread slices, zucchini scone and it was $40. Kids really enjoyed the hot chocolates in their cute little cups and we enjoyed our drinks.
The only downside is finding parking on the one way road.

This is truly one of the cutest cafes! The drinks and baked goods are made with so much love, and you can really tell that they put a ton of effort into everything they create. It's the perfect place to hang out with friends, and I especially love how they offer seasonal drinks that add a fun twist to the menu. Each visit feels special, and I can't recommend it enough!
