I have been to this little pub for many years but was really put off recently Walked in and was greeted by 2 fairly large white bulldogs These dogs walked around freely in the bar, I believe they belonged to the owners Certainly not sanitary as I observed them walking into the kitchen and actually rubbing against the customers eating their meals at the tables. Unacceptable, will not be back. Not everyone loves dogs. Health Canada should be notified

Health Hazard Alert! Dead Bug in Drink!
I’ve been a regular customer at Keltic Rick Rock Bar and Grill for over three years, often overlooking minor health code violations because of its convenient location. I always tipped generously, with a minimum of 15% for both food and drinks.

However, my experience today was unacceptable. I found a dead fruit fly in my drink and immediately informed the main bartender, Dylon. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, he simply fished the bug out with a straw and handed the drink back to me as if nothing had happened.

This incident is the final straw for me. I will never return and plan to report this establishment to the city for its consistent cleanliness violations.

If you value hygiene and proper service, avoid this place at all costs!

We just stopped in for a beverage or two after a long week. The bartender was delightful. A couple of the regulars were there. Very nice to talk to. Beer was cold. They have a pool table and some dart boards. And a couple of resident bulldogs, if you're a dog lover. It was a very nice neighborhood pub.

The service here was good. I ended up coming in on St. Paddy’s. The place was very busy. The bartender still served me relatively quick and I got a green beer. 7/10

If I could score zero or minus stars, I would. This place is an absolute dump. The bartender couldn't have been less attentive and more miserable if she tried. She spent most of the time texting and watching videos. I had to ask for a menu because I wasn't offered one - apparently the cook hadn't arrived (it was 12:45 PM). After 20 minutes, I finally got to order. The 'mac and cheese bites' arrived, literally, 2 minutes later and were over-fried and dry AF. There were two bulldogs in the restaurant the whole time wandering around, grunting, barking and chasing toys which were occasionally tossed across the room by the bartender (when she wasn't glued to her phone). And to top it all off, when I had to use the restroom, my shoes literally stuck to the stained, dirty and moldy tiles. (Ontario health & safety would have a field day here). The rest of the clientele were a bunch of old local dudes just here to get drunk. No one ate a thing. Maybe that should've been my cue to leave before I even sat down. This is a public service announcement: avoid this place at all costs.

Not so good items: The cauliflower and chicken fingers tasted real bad. It was like someone just took them from freezer and warmed it in microwave.
The service was subpar as we have to call the waitress multiple times to refill the drinks.

Good things are 1. Pool table is nice and reasonable priced
2. Chicken wings were much better than other items
3. Music was ok and place was not that super crowded on friday night

Close by good beer at good prices. Was there yesterday. Had the green beer was great for St. Patrick Day! The fish and chips were very good. The fries were very good. They also have two dogs that wonder around and are very friendly.
