KidStrong is absolutely amazing!
It’s like a gym for kids — but so much more. The coaches are energetic, positive, and truly care about each child’s development. I’ve seen such a big boost in confidence, strength, and social skills. My child looks forward to every session, and as a parent, it feels great to know they’re in such a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Highly recommend KidStrong to any family looking to build strong, confident, and resilient kids!

Our eldest has been enjoying KidStrong for several months now. He always looks forward to it and enjoys every class.
The instructors and friendly and encouraging.
Some classes are a bit too busy, others, especially during summer have just the right amount of participation.

KidStrong St. Albert staff are very energetic and make each class fun! The St. Albert center is very organized and clean! The KidStrong program is fantastic and incorporates wonderful exercises, competitions, obstacle courses, and movements to help children improve their confidence, strength and mobility. The program provides lots of opportunity for parents to cheer on all children and push engagement for the kids. KidStrong sends emails to track the amount of classes your child has completed, and it becomes motivating for the kids to level up to the next ranking. At the end of each class, the coaches recognize children showing leadership traits, and also recognize parents who are engaged and encouraging the children. It is our children’s favourite activity and I truly feel it is great value for your money! The kids are always moving, learning and keeping busy. The program has very good structure. The ability to book, cancel and reschedule classes is also a truly fantastic perk to get good value for your investment! I would highly recommend KidStrong to any parent looking to build fitness and confidence in their children.

We are about a month into the KidStrong program that just recently opened it’s St. Albert location and we couldn’t be happier with the program! From the beautiful, clean space to the friendly and welcoming coaches, the whole experience is highly recommended! From a boy mom with a very active guy, this is a great way for him to burn off some energy, while learning skills and building his confidence. We truly look forward to our weekly classes! Yes, ‘we’ as they always make sure to include the parents too!

Very innovative and skillful.. very apt for drawing kids' attention. Very engaging for kids. Aatreyo looooves it.

We just love the concept. The way it has been conceptualised and the way it is executed is just mind blowing. Children look forward to it. My son is shy but he loves Kidstrong! It is interesting how he is growing up and Kidstrong is building a charachter within him.

Aatreyo loves kidstrong. I can see him growing with confidence each day. He is extremely shy but again he is the same boy who is now in independent class! I never ever imagined that esp not within 6 months! It has been amazing.

It was such a great experience, my daughter is very shy and I couldn't believe how confortable, happy, and sociable she was. She has trouble talking to people she doesn't know,, but she was shaking hands and introducing herself in her first class!. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very very nice 👌 100% recommended.

Coaches are just amazing, I have only great things to say about them. Not sure how you were able to find so professional, responsible, fun, amazing group of people!

We were concerned how our grandson was going to receive the environment due to his shyness and personality. It didn’t start out well with him until one of the coaches came over and push through the barriers he put up, and was able to get a bit of a smile and laugh out of the kid. Subsequently the female coach was able to get Ben in the workout area and took the time and showed patience and got Ben involved with the other kids. Although he was not the leader of the pack he did join the rest of the kids in their activities and became more active. And now he wants to go back.
