The room exceeded expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and modern decor. The comfortable bed and well-appointed amenities provided a luxurious and relaxing stay. Kim is very helpfull and made it a memorable experience. The room's stunning views were the perfect backdrop for a delightful stay.

If I could give it less stars I would. The place is filthy, our rooms table had melted wax all over it, and a ton of crumbs. The floor was dirty and the shower 🤢 there was no hand soap in the bathroom at all. But that’s just the beginning.. the guests staying directly above us were a huge group of people with a kid, they encouraged the kid to run around and jump up and down, they would wake up at six am and the child would SCREAM and cry, the parents wouldn’t soothe them at all, and just allow them to scream in common areas of the house. The owner threw out all of our food while we were at work, and when we called he said he forgot we were there. So he kept our food somewhere else and brought it back 🤢 and not all of it was even there when we seen it, and we couldn’t even have dinner there because we had no food. And to top it off, the last night we stayed, someone kept trying to enter our room, the light was on, the tv was on, and someone kept trying the handle, then went upstairs and grabbed what sounded like tools, and tried the door handle again. They scurried off when we made ourselves known. This place is sketchy and unprofessional. Also, blood on the sheets Yuck.

We just enjoyed a weekend honeymoon stay in room 308. It was such a blessed experience. Clean spacious elegant room. Bathroom was very large and had a great shower. Everything about this hotel was above our expectations and we would recommend others to stay here. Thanks Kim! Peace

Fue una mala experiencia mi esposo y yo reservamos una habitación con baño privado y no nos quiso respetar la reservación el propietario comentó que él tenía una reservación diferente.

-Te piden un depósito de 100 dólares para poder entrar a la propiedad al final de tu estancia te lo regresan (no hay nadie que te reciba todo es por mensaje de texto ahí mismo te dan indicaciones de todo)

-Las duchas son compartidas y muy sucios no hay limpieza esta horrible el desagüe tapado

-Te hacen sacar tu basura y dejar limpio para el siguiente huésped (encontrarás letreros en todos lados)

-Escuchas la tubería del baño mi habitación estaba cerca de la lavadora y se escuchaba mucho ruido todo el tiempo.

Sinceramente no lo recomiendo :c

Understandable management, always looking forward to helping customers enjoy their experience at Kim’s place.
Rooms were clean, kitchen well organized and clean. Bus-top is 1min to the house location and Gateway station is about 14mins Overall 5star.

The room was great, very clean and modern. The bed was very comfy and Kim is very helpful in what you need.
The apartment is centre located and we had access to everything that we needed during our stay, I recommend it to everyone.
