There are to pushing for the tip it says “suggest “ 10 dollars for each person but there not saying we have to give the person at least ten dollars I feel so bad and not suggest this company

The massage therapists here are highly skilled, with just the right amount of pressure. I felt completely refreshed after the session. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable. There was no pressure to tip, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend

I really debated whether or not to write a review, but it's bothered me for the few weeks since this happened so I feel like I must! The masseuses here are great, particular shout out to Ivy. The massages feel so amazing that I come here even though it's pretty far from where I live. So then, what's the problem?

Last time I came, I had made reservations so I came in time and was shown into the main foot massage room. It was dark and no one else was inside. I sat there for 20 minutes before my masseuse came. I noted how long it took because it was so awkward to sit in the room by myself for no explanation for so long! Ivy apologized and gave me my massage. At the end when I went to the reception, I decided to only tip her $15 because my time is worth something and to have made me wait that long with no reason was not ok. The receptionist confronted me and said I need to tip at least $20 since my massage was 2 hours. I told her I had been waiting for 20 minutes and had they told me before, I would've been fine and done something else with my time, but to not say anything to me! She was really snarky and asked me if Ivy had then made up the time? Well yes she did - otherwise I wouldn't be paying the full amount for the service! In the end she repeated that I should tip more, which was super annoying.

Anyway, now I don't know if I ought to go back again since Ivy was a great masseuse but I'm not ok with how I was treated.

I recently had a massage here, and while the service itself was satisfactory, I felt uncomfortable being contacted afterward to provide additional tips. The cost of the massage was already $65, and tipping should be at the customer's discretion based on the experience. I believe this kind of follow-up creates unnecessary pressure and detracts from the overall experience. I won't come back, I think I was tipping anough by cash.

This is an unprofessional and disgusting business. All the other reviews that speak poorly of them are 100% accurate. They are rude and have garbage Customer service. My foot masseuse walks in late for the appointment then continues to take calls during the appointment and assist other customers as they are coming in. So, there was no way that I got my one hours worth of massage which btw was mediocre at best. Then, at the end like the other customers have complained about, she had the audacity to ask for the tip. But I outright refused and explained why to her. She backed off because she knew I was right. Then, she demanded the taxes and stood in front of the door so I couldn’t leave. I said that was fine so she charges me $40 for taxes!!! It was a $45 service?!! Then, she claims she doesn’t know how to refund back the obvious overcharge. She calls some other lady on the phone to come and help her. Now, I’m being told to wait for this other lady to come and refund. I tell her that I am pressed for time as I have to go pick up my child and of course no one cares. In the meantime, while I’m waiting for this other lady to arrive, my masseuse goes to have her lunch with the other workers. They are loud and having fun and laughing while I am standing there waiting for my refund. It was a complete lack of respect or consideration for the customer. Finally, almost 20 mins later, the other lady comes and tells me also doesn’t know how to refund!! So, I said to her just give me the cash because I have to pick up my child. I was getting very frustrated by this point. So, she gives me back $36 to cover her taxes still!! You would think that after all that humiliating show from their staff, she could’ve let the $4 go! But no- no empathy, no compensation, not even an offer of the water or tea that was sitting there. It’s a cheap and an embarrassment of a business. The manager should be ashamed of themselves.

Very inconsistent, and dishonest staff.
Came for a full body massage with my partner. He had a fantastic experience complete with a hot towel massage at the end. The man doing my massage, not so much. He skipped my thighs, feet, arms and hands, with no hot towels to be found. When I asked the front desk about why the service was not done properly, it became a he-says/she-says with the masseuse, who lied, insisting he did the entire massage. This was supposed to be escalated to the manager, but never was. Very disappointed, and very overpriced for the quality of service received. Recommend going elsewhere.

Honestly probably one of the best foot massages I've ever had here. So good to the point that I had to ask for the name of the specialist who took care of me, which I highly recommend Amanda! She knew exactly where to massage and how to adjust her strength without me even saying a word. By the subtle movements of my feet and observing my facial reactions, she knew exactly where to use more strength and where to ease up and that was extremely appreciated because most other places I go to, I would have to constantly remind or say something when it gets uncomfortable. Aside from that, the owner, Eugenia was also wonderful, meet and greet at the door, accommodated our request last minute (an hour before closing) and apologized for the wait when someone else was infront of me paying which was not even a long wait at all. Overall just very courteous and customer service driven. Would really highly recommend this establishment!
