My boyfriend and I stayed here recently and we had a good time. The area was very fun to explore. The room was nice enough, though I’m not sure it was fully worth the price. It was still a nice place to stay though. Our main issues were with the fact that the rooms were supposed to be sound proof but this was definitely not the case at all. The walls were thinner than anywhere else I have ever stayed, which was disappointing. The TV also did not work at all which was also quite unfortunate. I did like that they provided travel tooth brushes and toothpaste, which is not something I always see. The travel sized lotion and water bottle was also nice. The bed was comfortable and the room size was very decent. It was also nice that there was a shoe tray.

If you plan on staying at King Hotel plan on dropping an additional $200 off your credit card as an update incidental fee. Must be a credit card, which will be put back on your card when you sign out provided you have no incidentals.
Beds weren't all that comfortable, the pillows were mediocre at best.
The string lights outside the hotel bright enough to light up half the room.

We stayed last weekend for a wedding and once again the service and staff we very king and accommodating. We sure miss the continental breakfast. (Please bring back). This is a hotel we always stay at least 2 to 3 times a year to visit Family. Highly recommend to everyone. Ken and Wanda Manuel.

stayed at a Comfort Inn for 2 nights prior and this hotels room beat them by a long shot. newly updated room with very comfortable bed, coffee pot that worked and parking for larger sized vehicle.

A quick stay overnight while in town for a wedding. Our booking confirmation specifically stated that continental breakfast was available on weekends, however we were told that there was no breakfast. There was a Tim Hortons nearby, though. Rooms were tidy and our self check in process because we came after 10pm was straightforward, thanks to the staff. Overall, it was fine.

Booked a queen room and only got a double bed, no windows in the room. Shower wouldn't get hot and very high water pressure painful to shower. TV didn't work, no channels and power had started to flash in the middle of the night. Room was causing difficulty breathing (wheezing and shortness of breath) no nighttime staff to bring these concerns too.

The King Hotel had clean rooms and the staff was excellent! Very accommodating for teams staying in the area for tournaments. They were there to go the extra mile. Definitely would stay here again! Hope I can enter the contest even though I forgot to enter a ballot. Cheers!

Bedbugs bit me all over my back. When we complained no refunds given and they were very rude. Would not stay here again. hope we didn’t bring any crawling surprise at home
