buffet un peu cher pour 3 personnes ..mais quand meme bon .. belle variété..tres bon service .. on s’attend a ca dans un hotel de ce calibre..ne pas hesiter a y aller a la carte quand vous n’avez pas beaucoup faim

We came in for a birthday dinner before the Lion King - close and underground parking was key. Staff was very friendly and the food was really great at a great price too. Not sure why rating are low as we really enjoyed it. Thank you for being part of our special night.

I would suggest this place as a good date spot. Looks great, quiet and can have a conversation.

Tucked away in the lower level of the hotel with a backdrop of a waterfall fountain. Not sure why it is not more popular than it is.

Staff was very kind and nice.
Menu is limited but cooked very well and food was fresh.

We had a fixed menu experience.
Appetizers were fantastic. We had the broccoli cheese soup and onion soup(a tad on the saltier side)

Chicken was flavored extremely well and tender. Salmon was over cooked but a decent quantity. The plating was gorgeous and alot of care was put into the presentation of the dishes.

Desserts wow. Will come here just for this! Both Cheesecake and tiramisu were fantastic

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Toronto Hotel on King Street West Downtown and so we decided to try the buffet breakfast in the restaurant just located in the basement of the hotel. It is available until 10:30am. They have a great variety. The food quality was high. Everything was very fresh and the service was excellent too. It was quite pricey for a breakfast but given the high standard it was totally worth it. I do recommend it if you happen to stay in this hotel or nearby.

Not coming back.

I don’t know if it’s because the dinner we had was a Groupon deal or it was supposed to be like that, my bf and I were very disappointed. As you can see the soup was sitting in the kitchen too long, so it had a layer of “skin” when they served it to us. Presentation: 1/5. Beets were burned, they were completely black. I couldn’t tell it was a beet... and speed of service was very slow. We waited for 45 minuets to get our starters. And it was not busy at all. After starters, we had to wait another 45 minutes to get our steak and trout. Fish was dry and over cooked. Steak was excellent! 8/10.

Staff was standing right between two tables and giving me a butt when he was talking to another table.... 🤦🏻‍♀️

For those who need to park, make sure you park under tiff, it s only $7 after 5pm on weekdays.

We were advised to make a reservation in the evening, but arriving at 7:30pm we apparently missed the rush as people left for the theatre. So it was quiet to start. We were warmly welcomed by the host Shahnaz and waited on attentively by Tannaz. We decided to go with the Prix Fixe menu using a Groupon and were not disappointed. There was a perfect rest between each course starting with French onion soup, salmon on a bed of stir-fried vegetable and accompanied by a glass of Chardonnay. Dessert was apple tart a la mode.
All in all, a very enjoyable two hours and our interaction with the staff made it more so.

I made a reservation for Sunday at 5pm online. It confirmed. I got a text confirming it. I got another text a day before the reservation confirming it. Then the Hyatt calls me and says it's cancelled because the restaurant is closed at that time. They said I can go to Mix Bistro instead, which is a totally different vibe (and price point), and not what we wanted. I don't understand why they're taking reservations if they can't fulfill them.

Got stuck an extra day downtown because of the weather and decided to enjoy out extra night of dinner at my hotels restaurant. The food was amazing and Raul our server was super friendly and provided excellent service. Definitely a place to consider if you are in the area and Definitely if you are staying at the Hyett
