Finally a 5 Star Nail Salon! Very clean, very bright, warm and cozy and very polite staff! Pedicures are heavenly here with the leg and foot massages! Extremely talented nail techs here! Fantastic free hand, nail art and always a 100 percent job well done with anything they do! I HIGHLY recommend Kingsview Nails and Spa, especially Anna!! I've been a customer here for 6 years and not once has there ever been an issue, with anything! Don't believe the negative reviews, as I believe they are competitors trying to tarnish their good reputation and ratings.

By far the worst pedicure and customer service I’ve ever received. After my pedi I payed and left, when I got into my car I realized how bad My nails actually looked. She could not get my previous polish off, left my nails crooked, jagged and with sharp bumbs. The colour is sheer and all over my skin. I went back inside to request a refund as me and my friend had to get home to put her child down for a nap. They said there was no manager or anyone in charge to speak to, they looked at my nails and said they would fix them. I informed them that I didn’t have time as they clearly needed to be fully redone (I had already been there for an hour) they refused and proceeded to file the top coat off my big toe after I asked her not to. Then they left us standing at the front desk without a word knowing that we were in a rush. To think I paid and tipped and they are just now informing us of the no refund policy (seriously no sign by the till? That’s ridiculous and clearly a trap) stay far away!!!

I typically do my nails myself as I have done for the past 3 years, but I wanted to treat myself. Worst experience ever! Horrible experience! Would not recommend.
I went in last saturday with appointment, had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment, then was told the first design picture I wanted may not be done exactly as shown, so I changed my design to something simple. The first tech didn't ask me how long, shape nothing, and I waited for her to finish shaping, as we all know you can do alot with shaping.
First they made the nails look like bird talons (which they said was due to how long they are. As someone who has gotten long nails for years this is not the case) then when I said take them off, they assured me they would redo them and do a much better job. Ok, benefit of the doubt.....maybe just the 1 tech.
Nope.
Multiple cuts and 4 hours later, nothing like the picture, not straight, and now they are broken after just 5 days! Not worth the $140.00.
I went back in today to have them redeem themselves, by just taking them off and got told "we are busy come back later". No -"I'm sorry", no - "let me see" Just a "we are busy come back later."

Donna is my go to girl! I have followed her from her last place of employment to King Nails. Her work is meticulous. I started seeing her for my toes and the experience was always lovely. I recently had French acrylic nails done and I have to say - I have never had a set of nails look as good as they did with how hard I am on them! I will never leave her. Thanks Donna for always being so accommodating, you are the sweetest! ☺️

Super impressed!! Great value and absolutely fantastic service. Ladies she made sure to get all the extra from under my nails. Did not hurt for a second. Professional and tidy. Very sweet and caring staff. Definitely going back for a pedicure too next time.

Thank you so much for checking the lengths and colours. I have had a few sets but this was a perfect set for me! Thank you so much for the pleasant experience.

I came in today with a quite clear vision of what I wanted for my nails and after leaving was left pretty disappointed. The shape is wonky and the technique used to put on the gems left the nails extremely bumpy, uneven and looks quite tacky. I’m solely making this review so that the ladies here can maybe alter their techniques in doing this type of designs. The shellac didn’t go on nicely, and I believe it’s because they weren’t buffed before application. I usually have a good experience here, but 84 dollars for this result is a bit unacceptable… The lady that did my nails however was extremely polite and we had great conversation, but I think more training on shaping and gem application is needed.

I went there today with two friends, we had to sit and wait a long time after our appointment, which is whatever. And then I sit in my chair, and the girl gets to work, she rushes through it so fast, she doesn’t take time to actually Focus on them, she finishes in literally 10 minutes, long acrylics. Those should normally take an hour and two hours, they look absolutely horrendous. The nails are Completely curved over like Witch nails, And extremely bumpy, the whole time while she’s doing my nails I keep trying to tell her I don’t Like them, And all of the problems with them, but each time she kept telling me that they look fine and I’m being dramatic. She keeps dismissing my concerns, I quickly run to the bathroom halfway through, and when I get back, she’s doing somebody else’s nails and makes me sit down and wait another 30 minutes. At this point, I asked someone else to redo them because they looked terrible, and I did not want to pay $150 for Nails that took 10 minutes, and looked like this. So when I asked for them to be redone, She sat down and started lecturing me that it’s my fault that they look like this, because i “never said anything while she was doing them”. When I quite frankly did, she just kept dismissing me, That I don’t know what I’m talking about and they look fine. So she’s sitting there, yelling at me and lecturing me. Her and all of the other stylists go into the back and are talking and looking at me and laughing at me. All because I wanted Her to fix the nails that looked terrible… I really didn’t want to pay $150 for something I wasn’t happy with and would break off in three days. As she’s “fixing them”, She’s very obviously angry at me, she keeps getting mad at me. She’s handling my hands really rough, she keeps cutting me and When I tell her that she’s hurting me, she just ignores me and keeps doing it, I left with really bad Cuticle cuts that frickin hurt. and the whole time after I told her I did not like the nails she was just very rude towards me. no shade to these ladies but overall a terrible experience.

I did have another lady redo them for me after a lot of back and fourth, and she did an okay job. Still will not be returning after this whole drama..

Maybe this is too soon to say but so far I am very please with the service. My full set was done perfect and my pedicure was the best I have gotten in years. Will definitely be my new spot.
