The place was only half full but service was so slow and just bad. We've all worked in restaurants before, but we just couldn't justify why the service was so bad and the food so bleah. We ordered a bottle of nice white wine for the table and asked that it be kept on ice, but instead it was left on the bar (no ice) for an hour while we waited for our food. There was no apology from (we think it was) the manager. I ordered pizza which was dry and tasteless. Honestly, how can you go wrong with a pizza oven like that? But it was so disappointing! We'll never go back.

Only stayed for 2 nights but wish we could have spent more time there; the weather was dreary and rainy unfortunately.|Our room #1 faced Main Street. It was well equiped with a tiny kitchen, sitting area and a large Nespresso machine as well as a hairdryer and a surprise - a flat iron. Email contact from the Client Service person told us everything we needed to know. However when I asked about checking out, I never got a response. Also, although we ate at Betty's and their other restaurant Eli & Trix and were promised a discount it never happened.|The Kitch'inn is in a great location on Main street that takes you right down to the water. The restaurant is small and always busy and often has live music in the evenings. Although we could hear noise from the restaurant below it generally got quiet around 10:00.

We stopped in for dinner and the food was great! We got the pizza which was perfect and the peach salad was also yummy. The only negative was the service was a bit slow, specifically the time to get our check but the food made up for it.

Great lilly boutique hotel with big clean rooms, large bathroom, solid WiFi and espresso maker. Also great air conditioner and windows that open. Dog friendly, free parking and next door to Betty's super restaurant. Short dive to downtown Mahoney and Lunenberg. Who could ask for more?

We had a great stay at the Kitch'inn last weekend and would definitely recommend. After having to cancel a previous booking, the staff was friendly and helpful in making sure we could rebook for a later time. No fuss check-in and check-out. We stayed in the Nautical Nelly room which was spacious and had a cute, modern-rustic design. They're pet-friendly which was important to us as we frequently travel with our two labs and getting them in and out was no hassle. We had lunch at Betty's in the lower level of the inn and the wood-fired pizza and mimosas were delicious. Betty's seems to be a quite a hot spot as it was always busy and social. Would certainly stay again, maybe in the summer time as their patio looks lovely, but it was a bit chilly to sit out in November.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! We had the nautical room and it was gorgeous - very comfy bed and felt like a hide away with all the trees around the property. Great location and easy to walk into the main area of the town (although haven't seen 4 pm check in since the first 2 years of the pandemic) they did let us in a bit early and the little resto is a heavenly place to hang out if not. The smell from their wood burning pizza oven will make you drool. Will definitely be back soon : )

The inn was very clean and quiet and the room was beautiful. The bed was so squishy and comfortable and it was easy to adjust the temperature in the room when we needed to. We were easily able to walk to town as it's in a great location, and we had dinner at Betty's, which was divine! Sound proofing between the rooms was also great, as our neighbour's had a barking dog, but it was very muffled. Checking in and out was also very simple and contactless! We would stay here again any time!
