Please ignore the old reviews. The lovely owners now of Knights Inn have done a wonderful job of renovating. The entry that leads to the rooms still needs work but the rooms themselves are fabulous. Big thick mattress, soft sheets, nice comfy pillows, gorgeous bathroom, big screen tv - this was a tad challenging and we never figured out how to get regular channels but could watch Amazon Prime. Haha ... Look, I took my own blankets after reading the reviews too late to cancel. Ridiculous. I will definitely go back there again. Know that they have worked hard to make this a lovely inn (motel). We are so grateful we stayed there and had a wonderful time.

Terrible experience. No breakfast, no wifi, lots of excuses. Not a place to bring your family. Crack hotel. Dirty and people smoke in the rooms and hallways.
9ver charged for the room, not pet friendly.
There are plenty of other options in Bracebridge if your looking for clean , quiet, non drug infested hotel/motels.

Could not give more stars. Very nice motel and it's more like a hotel. Really well maintained. The service and staff were very good. Very clean rooms. Just a suggestion that the potty is clean but maybe by mistake it's not clean deep inside and it was very dirty. Please train the staff to clean from the upper side of the seat. It was getting mouldy and is bad for customers health. Rest everything is excellent and will highly recommend them to all

Went there this past weekend. Really nice people. We were told there was a room but it smelled a little like smoke because people smoke outside the window and it goes inside. We took the room only to find out we were lied to. We could smell both weed and cigarettes. My throat started to swell so we had to vacate around 12-1. The owner only refunded us $50. Out of $140. My family was in another room and could smell weed also. One of the rooms had mold growing up the walls in the bathrooms. Will Never go back!!

My best friend and I were in town for a mini getaway.
Easy to find, lots of parking.
The fastest, friendliest check in ever! It's funny - as I got out of her vehicle to check in I lamented about hotels taking a ridiculously long time to check in. Then I was back to her in like 90 seconds.
The room was recently renovated. Super clean. Beds comfortable. The bathroom was generously sized with plenty of towels.
Check-out the next day was by the same front desk clerk. He's a gem. Friendly, conscious, and again - quick check out!
Would stay again!

The place looks newly renovated with some high tech gadgets.
Very clean and nicely decorated, the floor is laminated.
The front desk person is very friendly and helpful and even told me if I had call him he would give him a better deal.
Except no coffee or tea and a bit noisy since the road in front is quite busy.

Our room had obviously been recently upgraded. It was lovely and it was quiet. However, although there was a fridge and microwave, there was no cofee maker or kettle in the room, and no restaurant, despite some sites that suggested there was a free breakfast. Regardless, for the price, it was very good value.

Just needed a simple room to stay the night in the area. Pros: clean room. Bed was comfy.
Cons: the tv and cable were unplugged. Had to fix that myself. The phone to the front desk didn't work. Didn't have hot water in the morning for a shower. Loud at night with other people coming home from bars or where ever.
