I got a massage with Katelyn and would recommend her to anyone. Not only was the massage great, but she chatted when I was I wanted to talk and was just as content with silence when I quieted my questions. She has a great energy to be around when indulging in self-care. Direct billing to insurance took an extra piece of admin off my plate!

I've been to both Katie and Wendy and they are amazing practitioners! I have a shoulder injury that they have been working on and my range of motion has been increasing and the pain decreasing. They make sure you understand what is happening in your body and offer so much autonomy/choice in treatment. They also let you play your own music - which is a HUGE bonus if you're not the biggest fan of the instrumental or nature sounds. Highly recommend both of them!

Katie is just plain amazing! There are few massage therapists that listen well to your concerns and respond so well to what your body needs. Katie is very attentive to pressure preference and you always feel amazing when you leave. Her new Facial Stretch Therapy left me with motion I haven’t had in years! Highly recommend.
