Had a fantastic day on Saturday with group of 9 girls. The owners could not have been more kind or helpful, from helping me arrange the booking, to emails updates ahead of time to help us prepare. They had it all set up for us, with individual baskets and robes, cucumber water and Ganong truffles. Dawn was fantastic as she gave a tour and explained the process. A private booking is the way to go. We had all the grounds to ourself. They hot tubs are fantastic and perfect temperature. We enjoyed hanging out around the fires between cycles and enjoying snacks and relaxing. This is highly recommended.

This day was a breath of fresh air. The location is spectacular and the hot and cold immersive cycle works together to create a wonderful experience. The hot tub with ocean views did not disappoint! The hosts have created an aesthetically beautiful place, as well as their very strong attention to detail to what their guests would like. Can't wait to book again!!

It was my groups 1st time, I was celebrating my 60th birthday, and we had a wonderful time so much fun. The place is beautiful and the owners are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend 100%, and we will be returning.

What a great experience! We spent New Year’s Eve at KOV it definitely exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is perfect with the location. Dawn and Tim treated us to an amazing evening. We went as a family group and all surprised each other with the hot-cold therapy. It was most of ours first time doing a cold water plunge. It’s definitely a very friendly environment for people who haven’t tried it before. You just do what feels right for your body. Thanks for having us!

I went to the Tuesday Social and had an amazing time at KOV. For the hot-cold-relax cycle, there is a cedar sauna, a wood-fire hot tub, and a classic hot tub- with absolutely amazing views. For the cold plunge, there are three deep tubs - or for those brave souls, you can go for a dip in the ocean at high tide. The owners are so lovely, and make everyone feel very comfortable. I really appreciated having a comfy bathroom and towel provided, and the little chocolate before we left was perfect. I'll be back!

We had the best experience at KOV! The hosts were super helpful and sweet. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The sweet treat included was chocolate chip oatmeal cookies - yum!
