Hôtel propre et chambre confortable mais:
Le wifi marche très bien.... dans le couloir.
Chaînes analogiques pour la télévision ( ça existe encore?)
Ambiance froide pour ne pas dire glaciale.
Nous devions partir pour une sortie en bateau à 6h30, l'hôtel n'a pas accepté de nous faire un petit déjeuner à 6h15 au lieu de 6h30 et a refusé de nous le rembourser...belle pratique commerciale. En résumé bien vendu sur internet la réalité est décevante.

Nous sommes arrivés tard après le ferry. Les chambres sont impeccables et confortables par contre nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et c'était très bruyant. Nous entendions les gens passer dans le couloir avec leurs bagages. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec du choix.

J'ai séjourné une nuit en juin 2022 dans cet hôtel tout s'est bien passé mais nous avons eu à 2 reprise des problèmes de prélèvement sur notre compte. Ils nous ont débité 2 fois des nuits que nous avions déjà payés. Et en Janvier 2023 ils viennent de nous prélever à nouveau 1500 euros. Après leur avoir écrit pour solutionner le problème et sans réponse de leur part je dois donc faire opposition à ma carte et attendre le remboursement de cette somme.

A very unique hotel experience. The entire facility was beautifully renovated about 8 years ago (we were told) and is different than the usual hotel experience, with a gorgeous Indigenous theme that's very well done. Materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture, are all top quality.

Staff were all friendly and outgoing. Our room, and its beds, was comfortable and quiet.

Unfortunately, only the pub was open, apparently due to staffing challenges, but service in the pub was good, as was the food and the servers.

It's up hill from the "downtown", but there's really nothing to see there.

We would stay again.

The hotel was excellent! The rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. The décor thoughtfully incorporates Indigenous design elements, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. Everything was clearly well planned and executed. What you see on the website is exactly what you get.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was available on-site with a 20% discount—delicious and definitely worth it.

I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit!

I have been lucky enough to stay here two times so far and it is absolutely lovely. The rooms were neat and tidy and the beds were clean and nicely made. The showers were clean, the soaps and hair products were organized and our room had a hairdryer which was super helpful. The staff we interacted with were polite, helpful, and friendly, and I have been satisfied with our stays every time.

My husband and I stayed here in early June 2025. We enjoyed our stay - comfy beds, clean rooms, lovely indigenous decor and a restaurant on-site. We would stay here again if up this way. I took lots of pictures.
