A beautiful and clean space with lots of parking out front. I did a signature facial with Christin and enjoyed it start to finish. They also provide you with a complimentary drink at the end which is a nice bonus after your session. Would recommend to anyone!

Lisa is the best at what she does! She is professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience as comfortable as possible. You can tell she cares about quality in every session. Christin is hands down the best waxer! She makes you feel completely comfortable from start to finish and has such an easygoing, friendly vibe that instantly puts you at ease. Quality service, quality people, quality products. My go-to spa to decompress and just take care of myself. Their facials are amazing, especially their summer special Vitamin C brightening one. Lisa is my esthetician and she is so knowledgeable, I have a proper home skin care regime because of her. And Caroline is always so nice to chat with and happy to answer all my questions. Excited to start exploring laser and microneedling options with them soon! Thanks for the work you do ladies 🙂

I had the glass skin facial with Caroline and she was absoloutely amazing! She was warm, attentive and you can feel how passionate she is. I enjoyed my facial experience at La Cachette from start to finish! The location is easy to find, lots of parking. The spa is beautiful, smells amazing and I am sure you will love your time there!

Love the atmosphere and the staff members are so friendly and welcoming. I booked with Christin for a glass skin facial and brazilian laser hair removal. She was amazing, very professional, informative and made the whole laser appointment very comfortable and surprisingly not as painful.

If you are looking for a place for facials, waxing or laser treatments then this place is it!

I don't know how many ways I can rave about this business and it's staff. I've been attended to primarily by Lisa and once by Christine. They are amazing. The facility is very clean and they consider your abilities or lack of. Patience, skill, quality of work, well do yourself a treat and book an appointment at La Cachette, central Richmond.
