LA Spas has surpassed any possible expectation I could have. They have my business going forward. The service that Devon and Brett provide is unparalleled. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for anything to do with hot tubs. (Read on for details of our experience)

We purchased a used hot tub from LA Spas back before they changed ownership, and the tub has been good for us. They did repairs before selling, and I've been very impressed with them making sure that the tub was in good condition before it came to us. We ultimately had an issue with the topside module and needed to get it replaced - but something I attribute to just the age of the unit.

We originally got a quote from a different hot tub company in town who left us hanging for 2 weeks, then texted to say they were going to pass on the job. Freaking out that my newly purchased hot tub was about to become a frozen brick, I called Devon at LA Spas who said that he would take care of us. He hasn't let me down in the slightest.

Even though it's been tricky at times to get everything working right on our older model, they keep finding solutions and keeping their promise to take care us. They've made multiple service calls, and do a great job to answer every question I have. Although we're still fixing a few last details to get everything done properly, they've done an amazing job through this process. I really appreciate their attention to detail to make sure that my hot tub works correctly.

Fun Fact: As I was writing this very review, I got a call from Brett who just wanted to check in to make sure that everything was working well from some of the work done the previous day. Crazy timing!

I got my Max spa from Devon in 2023, I had a multitude of questions that he answered right away for me. They stock a great selection of tubs and accessories which helped us make our choice of what to buy. A year and a half later I still deal with Devon and still get the awesome service I got from day 1. I highly recommend LA Pools and Spas for all your needs! The guy at the store was friendly but I got totally hosed on some pool salt. 2 bags of salt came to $76. The same salt is $10 to $12 per bag elsewhere. When he said $38 I assumed it was for both bags not each. I was in a bind as pool salt was sold out at the nearby Canadian tire. I tapped for the purchase and was shocked when I saw that I was charged triple the market value per bag. I was willing to pay a little more for the convenience but this is pretty extreme. Other items are a similar scam such as wood pellets for $35 per bag. They are $22 everywhere else. I gave 2 stars because at least the guy was polite while cleaning out my wallet. Regardless I won’t be back.
