I stayed for a week and the staff we're really helpful/kind. The rooms were up to par, and had all the necessities. Where else could you get a better price?. Recommend this before a Air B&B.

Dirty old smell rooms..no fridge in the room. No coffee in the rooms either. The resteraunt made us have the special which my friend did not want. I could not get fried eggs with breakfast this morning. The coffee in the resteraunt is disgusting. I wouldn't stay here again there's way better options in goose bay..royal inn, Emma's suites or hotel north or hotel north 2 are 5 star compared to this dump..

This is the best hotel in all Labrador. The staff are so personable, friendly and kind. The food in Larry’s is incredible. Probably the best pizza you can find in Goose Bay. If I ever return to Goose Bay I will be coming back to Labrador Inn

I went there because i had no choice after a 17 hours drive.
DO NOT STAY THERE
- The room have cigarette burns,
- it smell very bad
-carpet are gross
- my bed smelt like URINE ( realized when i woke up in the morning i was soo exhausted the day before)
- 145$ i asked for a discount in the morning. The reception didn't acknowledge anything.

The manager and staff are really nice, the hotel does need a lot of work. The food was good at Don Cherrys but it was also in need of a faceclift. Theres not many places to stay in Goose Bay, I heard the only nice place was Hotel North 2 but books up quick. Hopefully they can do the much needed improvements to this place. The place also has a weird smell in the hallways.

We stayed here on November 17th, November 18th and the morning of November 19th. I can easily say it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. It was me, my mother, my grandmother and my younger sister. We were told that my sister and I could not stay because my mother’s medical insurance only covered a room for 2 people, and if it was covered for 2 people only 2 people can go in the room. We asked if it is any more expensive for 4 people. The lady said that it’s not, meaning this made no sense. What if a couple had a child? Would they kick the child out? We asked the lady at the front desk that exact question and she answered yes. After about an hour with trying to get a room, we just ended up paying for it. My mother came to Goose Bay concerning her medical condition. She has multiple sclerosis, meaning her immune system is low and the first time we stayed here we found used cigarettes and beer cans, which is obviously not a good sign for someone with a low immune system. The staff must not have cleaned the rooms because it was so dirty. The room was also freezing. There were things written on the inside of the drawers, in fact one of the writings said, “I don’t know who you are, but I will find you and I will kill you”, which is shown in this photo. It sure is a great way to scare a child. There are carvings in the leather chairs, there are no bathtub plugs and there are barely any towels. We paid for our bill on November 18th and wanted our receipt. We were told we would receive our receipt tomorrow, and when we asked why, we were told it’s the inn’s policy. This is a terrible place to stay. Don’t recommend at all!

given one rate while travelling and not honoured on arrival. Too late to obtain other accommodation. Room dirty, broken fixtures, locks insecure. Worried about security.||unfortunate there is room shortages in Happy Valley/ Goose Bay. Almost better as one said to sleep in car. ||Not sure where Jon P stayed, but it couldn't be this hotel. Stayed many places in Newfoundland and Labrador which were all good. this one sucks.
