So I spent over 25 yrs directly in Lacombe raising my daughters and living close to Arena Since July 2020 though the Lacombe City Police Along with my Ex-Common law spouse , Red Deer Resolutions Office and Red Deer court house have BULLIED Me , Harassed me, Falsely Arrested , have Assaulted me and All because I Feel have been to do with OutDated Laws and Beliefs and the Main Reason …….. Bare Minimal Effort to Arrest/Remove the man from house when domestic disputes happen. So Along with all above , the Victims Violence resource worker Debbie Baron-Campbell whom has and had Personally COACHED my ex-common law on what to Say and Do to enable her to get her way with Court and Police to Harass,Arrest,charge and cause other grief for me. Now I’m not even living in the city of Lacombe but if I try and do any business or drive through Lacombe I am Targeted and Harassed by City of Lacombe Police. And I’ve known many many many Others whom
Have had Altercations with Lacombe City Police and also have been targeted If they are in The City of Lacombe I even went to city police station for assistance and Instead was First Told by a lady Constable that I Couldn’t be in Lacombe. Then by one of the Male Sargents Also that I Should NOT BE IN LACOMBE ! Why ? I STRONGLY Belief the Lacombe City Police have Personal Agenda and Personal Rules and will Continuously Target / Profile particular people UNTIL They Move Out of city. I’ve tried to contact the Area MLA and Police Commissioner about serious concerns and complaints. And ALWAYS Have Been brushed off or ignored completely. My 94 year old Mother drove from Ponoka to Lacombe ( roughly 35 mins) to the Lacombe Police station to Obtain a Copy of The Freedom and Information Act paper works Involving my Mothers Past Interaction with the city of Lacombe Police and ex-common law
Well with the $25 in my Mothers hand to pay for the FIOP while at the City of Lacombe Police station They(the police) Spent Over 90 Minutes Talking my Mother from obtaining this paper works that is Hers to Have when paid for processing form
Instead my 94 year old mother drove back to Ponoka where she lives with Nothing because they CONVINCED Her she didn’t NEED IT !!? So after talking with me she went back 2 days later and AGAIN SPENT over an HOUR to Finally Obtain her FIOP So between 2 trips from Ponoka to Lacombe and time Spent TRYING to Obtain Legal Papers that Were Hers Cost her Gas for Extra Trip and Approximately 4 1/2 Hours of her time. When should have taken barely over 1 Hour and Only 1 trip to Lacombe from Ponoka. So if that Alone isn’t BULLYING of An Elder by Someone in Position of Power I don’t know what is. And the FIOP she was obtaining had Been Pre-edited so it didn’t contain the information Proper or complete to Show How the Lacombe City Police had Harassed her on SEVERAL OCCASIONS Due to my Ex-common law making Complaints So Why doesn’t the Police Department have to Be ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS I Strongly Feel it’s Because of BARE MINIMUM EFFORT No one wants to have to spend the time and money to try and fight the Warped Justice System and also because of the amount of Time trying to Get the laws and Standards changed
Why should someone Not be allowed to Freely Allowed to be in a public area without HARASSMENT from City of Lacombe Police?

Staff Sargent of Lacombe city police had Flat out Refused a Queens Bench Court order Allowing me access to my own home
With Absolutely no repercussions. Why is this Allowed
Why can they Harass an 94 year woman
Why do Many Many others have Fear of going to Lacombe for anything at all Knowing that police will Harass them if seen Why can someone be Charged and Removed from their Home Based on ONLY HER WORD
Laws are outdated
Police are corrupt and systems overseeing their Work are Also corrupt
And getting Laws Updated is next to impossible

Change is Overdue. “ She Said “ SHOULD NOT be Reason enough for arrests and removal from one’s OWN HOME !!
