My experience with Robert has been incredible, he’s an amazing therapist! He is able to pinpoint my problem areas without me even telling him. I feel the tension melt away when he works on my tense muscles. I always feel so much better and a significant difference after each session. He is also very friendly and easy to talk with. Plus he can direct bill your insurance company! =)

when i moved to lower sackville i had dread of finding a good massage therapist, thought i would have to go to multiple to find one with the best results. i was so wrong, Rod was the first i booked with, and i will continue to book with him!

if you’re a first timer and/or just moved here i’d highly recommend Rob! He properly listens to your requests as to where you need work done, he demonstrates proper practice and is very in tune with his pressure.

if there is one word that i would use to describe lakeside massage and hydrotherapy, it is heavenly.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rob today. I needed to get help for a recurring painful muscular tension. I am glad I came across Lakeside massage and hydrotherapy website. I was quite impressed with the reviews and the authenticity of Rob’s profile. In person he is even more friendly and professional.

I booked the 1.5 hours massage session, the place is very clean and warm. I included some photos for this very welcoming cozy room.

I have to say that I never imagined that my pain would go away. Rob certainly does not spare any effort to help his clients, his dedication and perseverance to help with the most difficult of cases is admirable.

I recommend Lakeside Massage and Hydrotherapy for anyone who has been suffering from chronic pain or those who didn’t find the right professional to help them yet.

This is a one in a million experience, in my opinion it is because Rob is result oriented and not necessarily money oriented.

Rob is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had; and I’ve been to many. He is truly gifted and cares deeply about resolving whatever discomfort you may be experiencing. For the first, I feel my chronic tension is being properly addressed and resolved! I highly recommend Rob!

With going to multiple different massage places over the past several years I was consistant with how my body felt and never really noticed any improvements. Being a more shy passive female who wouldn't really say much and was also not sure on how you should address any problem areas or if you are in discomfort, I immediatley felt at ease with Rob and I felt he validated on how your body should feel and how it should improve. Rob knows how to treat with the right therapy and executes it skillfully, he also takes his time regardless of what you booked in for and made sure I was comfortable at all times and my body feels better for it. If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage, Rob is the best. He moves around your limbs and gets under the bone to properly massage the muscles.
Yesterday I went to him I told him all about my back pain. He listened to me and worked on the areas that were hurting but also worked on the areas that were attached to the back pain that I didn’t even realize were tight and sore.
Every morning I wake up I have to hold on to something to hoist myself out of bed. This morning was the first morning in months that I was able to just sit up without any aid.

Great deep tissue and effective massage that pinpointed many blocked areas that were causing very restricted movement. Immediately after the massage I noticed increased mobility and relief of chronically stressed and tight muscles.
Very professional and highly recommend his knowledge and expertise. 😊
