Quand il ne reste plus de place à Jasper on va à Hinton mais rien ne justifie d'aller dans ce motel sinistre dont les parties communes ne sont pas bien propres. Accueil impersonnel, sentiment de n'être qu'une carte de crédit à débiter avant qu'on change d'avis.

Bien sur il n'est pas facile de trouver des hôtels près du parc de Banff mais celui là il faut l'éviter : les chambres sont laides, les poubelles juste à côté, le petit déjeuner médiocre et l'accueil insignifiant.

We booked the loft suite for the weekend. The space was lovely and the price was really good. A few issues the room was supposed to have a kitchenette so we were able to cook our food but upon arrival there was only a microwave available and a fridge/ freezer there was actually nothing to cook on no hot plate no stove. I believe they should be more clear on that as we had to buy microwavable food even though there were pans included and cooking utensils you weren't able to cook. The upstairs shower although small was functional. The only issue was that there was no shampoo or body wash in the dispensers so they hadn't been refilled. The downstairs bathroom did have the amenities needed but the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking so needs to have some work done in general. The continental breakfast that was included was really quite nice lots of variety changed the meat daily and added a few things. It was a good stay and I would stay again just don't expect too too much.

STAY AWAY. CLEANER THEIFS!

Stayed here for company work out of town, and had several items stolen from my room, totaling over $250. The items were in my suitcase, and they had to root around to find it. The room was cleaned that day, and management refused to talk to me about the issue, saying “it’s a third party cleaner we hire”.

Edit: I have received a response from the GM, and they DENIED everything, saying their housekeeping supervisor, and cleaner cleaned the room together in 10minutes before leaving. So where did my games go? They never interviewed the cleaner, barely talked with the Housekeeper, overall unprofessional response. They attempted to blame ME, telling me to “check my room” and “double check your luggage”.

We are absolutely disgusted by this Motel & the service provided. We had a bad feeling from the moment we walked into the lobby. We proceeded to check in, in hopes that the rooms would be better but we were so wrong... The room had a horrible dust & mold smell. It was not clean and we did not feel comfortable. We had no choice but to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The front desk did not offer any alternatives. I had to ask for a refund and when the refund was denied by the agent, I was told that the manager would give me a call the next day, which I never received. We had to email AND call multiple times in order to get a response from the manager. We are not impressed with the manager's service either. She was very dismissive and did not believe us when we addressed our concerns. She was unwilling to give us a refund as she did not believe that it was "funded". She then proceeded to offer for us to stay at the hotel free of charge in the future... But what makes her think we would want to stay in this disgusting place after such a bad experience?

I do not recommend this Motel to anybody. I am very unpleased by this experience. Truly disgusting place and behavior coming from staff and management. Everything does happen for a reason though... We ended up staying in a magnificent hotel a few minutes down the road - where they gave us a discounted rate AND upgraded us to an amazing Jacuzzi King Size Suite due to being on our honeymoon and also to make up for the horrible experience we had at Lakeview Inns & Suites Hinton.

We stayed in the family suite which was a good size, we did like the room. But when we first walked in it smelt like cigarettes and heavily like cleaner. I called the front desk immediately and they said they'd write it on the file so I wasn't charged a fee. The rubs also made all of our feet black, we had to continuously wipe them down it was disgusting. Breakfast was a big disappointment as well. Wouldn't recommend this inn.
