Rude & unprofessional service. My mom brought my kids to get pedicures and were treated like garbage the whole time they were there by the owner! Miscommunication with my mom when they got into the establishment. My mom asked for pedicures for all four of them. They mumbled about something, then later said “Only my mom and one of the girls could get a pedicure.” Then lying about what was said, and changing their story saying my children were too young to get pedicures?!?! My children have had pedicures from other places! My youngest got her nails painted but the polish is already coming off ? Then, when my mom goes to pay for the services (which she should of walked out tbh in my opinion) the lady taking payment, snapped at her and gave her attitude because my mom couldn’t pay in cash, she had to pay by debit. This business owner needs a few lessons on how to treat customers! No one should be made to feel less than nothing when going into a business to get a service. And maybe they should consider posting signs saying they refuse to work on children since they made such a fuss about it today. Unacceptable ?

FYI - they rushed them out of the chairs, so they couldn’t sit long enough for the polish to dry! So it may be hard to see in the pictures but you can see the results of having to walk with wet polish ?

Just paided 80 for a set last week to not even chip off but FALL off and they have no way to message them :’) Id like a replacement or I won’t be back. ?‍♀️ tons of nails spots around that won’t have them falling off in my kids car seat that could have if I didn’t see it had her choke?‍♀️ never had such a terrible nail job

I absolutely love this nail salon and I’ve been to many all around! The (I think) owner has done my nails everytime and he not only does an absolutely perfect job, he’s also hilarious. I’m in and out in the blink of an eye with a perfect nail set and some laughs!

Brought my three year old daughter in for her first time getting nails done. The nail tech was super patient with her, and very lovely. The owner was also very patient and kind while my daughter was acting like a three year old while I got my nails done. Both sets of nails came out amazing, and perfect in every way!

Love going here! The owner teases you in a funny way!!! He has a great sense of humour! I'm always pleased with my manicures & pedicures when I go here!
I made an appointment... and didn't have to wait. Some places you go to they take walk ins even though they know they won't be finished when your appointment time arrives. They have always respectful of times!!!!!

I have been a customer of Lana Nails for many years. I started off with his parent's salon in Brockville and began to attend Lana's when I moved to the Smiths Falls area. I would recommend them to everyone. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. Hats off to them! WTG guys.
