We have eaten here many times! Everything we’ve ordered has been delicious and well made. The service is wonderful and fast! Today we brought home the best cinnamon buns! Support local and give this place try. You won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love the small town vibe of this place where they know all their customers and treat everyone like they are best friends. The fresh baked bread is amazing. Normally I would talk about how affordable the prices are but really the service and food are what this cafe is really about.

Easily one of the best breakfast places in Winnipeg. You come here and you leave with a smile. The breakfast menu is extensive and has something for everyone. Food was fresh and greasy and tasty! The eggs were done just right. Only wish there was more scrambled egg! The staff are always smiling and super friendly. And the price is just right.

If you’re coming during peak breakfast hours on a weekend then be prepared to wait in line. We waited close to half an hour but it was definitely worth it. Parking can be difficult as there are no dedicated lots. Street parking is available if you’re lucky.

First time there yesterday, and can’t wait to get back. So much choice and I settled on the hearty meat skillet. Perfect eggs and cubed potatoes with bacon and ham and the turkey sausage was so good. The fresh baked dill and potato bread wrapped it all up perfect! Took home a cinnamon bun for supper desert and one of the nicest I’ve ever had. Worth the drive to Trascona but just know they close at 2pm.

Winnipeg’s best-kept breakfast secret! Good food, amazing service & unbelievable prices. Their house blend dark roast coffee is terrific; I took a pound home to enjoy anytime. Great location in the heart of quaint Old Transcona. My first time visiting but will not be the last!! Great place for the whole family.

TLDR: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great food made with quality ingredients, good prices, in a friendly, clean, cozy environment.

Ordered the big breakfast and it was very tasty and arrived promptly. The turkey sausage and the Dill bread were amazing and above and beyond your standard Smitty's/Sal's type quality.

Staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was cozy and welcoming. I'll definitely be making this my new regular breakfast spot. The prices were very good for the quality.

Fantastic, service, friendliness, empathy for less fortunate and willing to do something about it! Neighborhood and small town feel! Definitely will keep coming back and recommending to others. * The last visit it did take longer than usual for the food to come, although admittedly it was a full house.
