An absolutely awful experience. How hard is it to screw up a head massage? You'd be surprised. I'd also like to assert that my technician was a nice girl, I had no issues with her. However, the so-called "healing" scalp mixture is a ruse. The amount of peppermint oil that was utilized was so much so that my entire scalp, all the way down to my neck began painfully burning, my eyes were heavily watering, my nostrils burning. Every touch on my head felt painful. It felt like straight toothpaste being applied over my whole body. Anyone who knows anything about essential oils is that they need to be properly diluted, and this mixture was clearly far too heavy in peppermint oil, which a certified tech should know.

Moreover, my "hour head massage and scalp treatment" session as advertised, started 10 minutes later than the designated appt time, and ended 5 minutes early (not that I was complaining at the time), but it was the principal of pre-paying for an hour, and not being granted that.

Lastly, I booked an appt originally for 7:45pm on a Thursday night. The clinic both texted and called twice to confirm the day and time. They then called me day-of to re-schedule for that same day as they no longer had availability for the time I booked? So, I obliged and re-scheduled for 6pm that same day. They then called me again to say they no longer have any availability on that Thursday (how is that possible when I booked 4 days in advance and they suggested this day and time to me?). So, they re-booked me in for Saturday.

All in all, extremely unprofessional for a Beauty Clinic that does treatments on people's bodies and faces - both of which should be handled with the utmost care.

If it were possible, I would give this clinic a negative rating. I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience here has been incredibly disappointing. This clinic engages in misleading advertising through Groupon, enticing customers with false promotions and then pressuring them into purchasing packages.

When I requested a refund, the process was unnecessarily long and frustrating, with little to no response from their team. To date, I still have not received my refund. They take no accountability for the false advertising and refuse to honor the prices listed in their promotions.

I only completed one session, which wasn’t even part of the package I purchased, and they still refused to refund the remaining amount. The manager was dismissive, simply saying “NO” and directing me to send an email—which, unsurprisingly, has gone unanswered.

I strongly advise against their laser treatment services. Do not fall for their deceptive promotions—its a scam.

I’m writing this on behalf of my wife. She went to the LaserLuxe and got attened by Tamina for full-body laser hair removal, and it was hands down the worst decision she’s made. While she’s had successful sessions at other clinics, this place was all looks and zero quality.

Not only did they burn her tattoos, but there were absolutely no visible results after the sessions. When we asked for a copy of the terms and conditions she signed before the treatment, they conveniently never sent them, despite multiple follow ups.

Their service is careless, unprofessional, and frankly, unacceptable. Avoid this place.

I recently visited LaserLuxe Skin Clinic for a Hydrafacial and eyelash extensions, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The Hydrafacial left my skin glowing, fresh, and super hydrated. As for the lashes, they’re perfect, natural looking, and exactly what I asked for. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. After being to so many places for Botox, I am confident to say that Laserluxe are amazing! Iris is extremely sweet and communicates very clearly what her plan is and how many units she is going to use. The place is extremely clean and the front desk are very sweet. I have been to Markham and Ajax locations and both are highly recommended.
