Janine was lovely and personable, kind and considerate in her space. Unfortunately her lashes didn't work with my lash chemistry and I had lost 90% of the UV lashes after 5 days. They also felt thick and itchy on my eyes, I have had softer lashes in the past.

Janine did my lashes for my 1st time a day before I left for 2 weeks in Maui!! Wow after snorkeling the Molikini Crator and two more hours snorkeling in turtle town...being taken out by several large waves super high winds and swimming in the ocean everyday I came back with pretty much full lashes..beautiful job! Thank you so much Janine for the amazing hybrid lashes!!!

Wow!!! Where do I begin? Janine's professionalism and kind heart makes it always a wonderful experience going every time. I have been going to Lash By Design for over 2 years. She is very detail orientated, she is amazing at listening to what you want, weather its a natural look or more fuller lashes and making that idea your reality. I have been getting lashes done for years and she has the best quality glue to ensure the longevity of your lash life, and always offers a cute new lash wand after every visit! Every time I go to Janine I am never disappointed. I can always come to her to no matter what kind of day I'm having, and leave with a smile on my face. She is very kind hearted and we always share laughs. She always goes out of her way to make cute boxes or chocolates on holidays for her clients. Her love for life, people and what she does is inspiring and every time I go, it is like a breath of fresh air. I received my very first set of classic lash extensions ever from Janine . She was very professional and down to earth. Good covid protocols in place too. The service was very relaxing and you open your eyes up to beautiful lashes. Unexpectedly , the building’s power went out during my appointment but that didn’t stop her - she got the job done beautifully with her headlamp! I Was beyond amazed and impressed with her work. I am excited to say I am booked in for a fill to try hybrid lashes with her already and can’t wait!

Janine is funny and friendly making me feel relaxed and at home during my appointments. I am also in LOVE with the glue she uses as I find it stays longer than any other I’ve tried. I had my volume lashes done prior to Christmas for a New Years trip to Vegas. I was amazed at how well my lashes stayed with makeup application and removal throughout my trip! Normally I would need a fill right after a trip like this but was able to go another couple of weeks and my lashes looked great!

I switched technicians to Janine and I am so happy with my decision! My lashes are natural, light weight and the perfect length/curve. I went with the brown as I am very light skinned. Atmosphere was cozy, and very Covid-19 safe! Highly recommend!

Janine does such a great job and makes my lashes look natural, full, and just long enough. My natural lashes are blonde so I started seeing Janine so I didn't have to keep wearing mascara. Thanks Janine for making my eyes look beautiful.
