Prior to visiting Lavish, I reached out by email to inquire as I had recently had a negative experience at ANOTHER salon and was really hoping for some care, attention and a stylist that could figure out how to fix what was done to my hair, restore my faith that I could find a new stylist but-also, be able to share their expertise and give me some peace of mind that moving to a new area doesn’t mean I have to sacrifice a great haircut and awesome service.

Jen-who is one of the owners, replied to my email inquiries and provided me with some options and was also mindful of my rather limited schedule. She helped to secure an appointment with Jenna-Lee.

Jenna-Lee…oh my goodness, where do I begin? I immediately felt at ease. She listens. Yes, I know that may seem like a very simplistic statement but she is focused on the client, she listens, she makes one feel comfortable and she is able to just make one feel like you are the only person in the room.

To top it off, Jen came by and introduced herself that evening. For me-I return because of the people and-of course because I want a professional tending to my hair. I told Jen that Jenna-Lee is a good human. I left knowing that she is AND she is a great stylist.

Thank you Jen and Jenna-Lee. I look forward to returning.

Oh my goodness!! I'm still floating from my Tulasara Facial this morning with Rita. What a wonderful experience. Rita is a calming presence, a skilled technician with the perfect energy to deliver a healing experience. I had the 60-minute Tulasara Facial foot and hand massage included. I'm so relaxed, and my skin is glowing. I booked a 90-minute facial for next month, a relaxation massage for next week, and picked up some Aveda products. I am grateful to have found an Aveda Salon close to home! ?

Update: The relaxation massage is to die for!!! ?

Jenna is an absolute professional at what she does! I entrusted her with balayage colour and haircut, and the result exceeded all my expectations! She carefully listened to all my preferences and explained each step of the process in detail. Communication with her was easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend her!

Horrible. The "prefessional" job done bears no resembles the reference picture provided. Shady and extremely overpriced work. Extremely unsatified
Our last time visiting this place. Will be definitely discussing this with any friends and family unfortunately enough to darken the door. work

Lavish does it again! Wow not only amazing atmosphere with nice staff but I always leave with a fabulous cut and Color. I highly recommend trying the spa services as well- especially Facials from Rita ? . My hair is in the best shape it’s ever been from using nutri plenish products.
