When I first started, I worked with one technician, but unfortunately, I didn’t like the shape of my nails, so I moved on. I then went to James, and eventually, I started seeing Sherry. I absolutely love the work Sherry does. She may take a little longer, but her attention to detail and the quality of her work are outstanding. My nails last 4–5 weeks, which is perfect for me since I can’t afford to go every two weeks as recommended it’s absolutely worth it.

Sherry is kind, friendly, and meticulous. She takes the time to get to know her clients and truly cares about her work. I often walk in with one design in mind, and she will suggest alternatives because she knows I tend to change my mind. I appreciate her creativity and professionalism.

I would give this salon a five-star rating, but there are a couple of small things I wish were different. For example, they charge an extra $10 to have your cuticles trimmed. In my opinion, this should be included in the service, especially for loyal customers, as some salons don’t charge for this. Sometimes I choose not to get my cuticles trimmed just to avoid the extra fee, and I prefer to put that money toward tipping my nail tech instead.

Other than that, I have no complaints. My advice is not to be afraid to try different technicians until you find the right one for you just as I found Sherry, who I will happily stick with. The prices are generally in line with other salons in town, though the cuticle trim makes it slightly more expensive. Still, I love my nail technician and would recommend her to anyone.

I had a very great experience at LB nails! I had come in to get my nails fixed after going to a different nail salon.. and Anna who did my nails did a fantastic job. I was very impressed by her artistic talent, I had showed her a picture and she got right to work, she hand crafted the 3D flower with gel and that takes a lot of talent, she was also very kind! I would recommend booking with her if you’re looking for anything complex. I will definitely be going back to Anna!

Got my prom nails today!! I am pretty sure the ladies name was Jenny/Jennie, She was SO sweet and cared about what my nails looked like and how i felt, She was patient and very respectful, I have been coming here for special occasions nails for around 3 years and i will NEVER switch. Best prices and best service!! Thank you for this day💓

I have gone here a couple of times now, and I love it! I recommend Andy and Max!! They do amazing work and make sure they pay attention to every detail and work really well with you! They do a great work, for amazing prices! The place is nice, friendly and clean and always playing great music!
Definitely will be my nail salon from now on. Cant wait to go back in 2 weeks

Great nail salon. They are always quick and the staff are friendly. They do a great job with the simple designs I ask for. The one time I had a problem with a nail they fixed it right away. Highly recommend!

I got gel nails done today, but the service was very bad. The staff was very rude and handled my hands roughly. They didn’t explain anything properly, and if I asked something, they seemed uninterested. We were paying for the service, but they were acting very arrogantly. They even did my nails unevenly and used a different colour than the one I had chosen. I had done my nails there before too, and the nail paint came off the next day. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I did not like the service at all.”

Sherry did my nails exactly how I wanted. She was very kind and patient and made sure I liked them before going onto the next step. Other nail salons usually don’t take the time and effort to perfect my nails like Sherry did. I will definitely be going back there and I 100% recommend LB nails! I’m in love with these nails!
