Lee & Ann's is a must whenever I visit Rupert. Their food is ways delicious. So flavorful, not overly greasy, and great portion sizes. I've never been disappointed here. Service here is excellent as well. They are friendly, attentive and promt with service and they remember their customers! They know my dad and brother well 😆 There is plenty of street parking, of course it is Rupert so even if there's no parking in front its no more then a block walking distance. There is a fair amount of tables to sit inside, I've never had to wait for a table. That being said, I've never shown up to this restaurant being empty either. I definitely recommend popping in and giving them a try! 🙂

We enjoyed our meal. Average menu prices but a great selection. We had the ginger beef stir-fry dish and the lemongrass chicken. Both were served hot and were very tasty although we thought that the ginger dish could have had more ginger! The restaurant is close to a number of downtown hotels. Nothing fancy in terms of decor. We noticed that the walls were totally devoid of all prints, paintings etc.

This restaurant uses a kangen water filter to make it's drinks. This is so under rated I don't think most people understand. This is the best water you can get. And they make amazing food too. Props to this place. Definitely a gem.

Lee & Ann's is a neat and simple restaurant serving Vietnamese and Oriental cuisine. We were served by a Vietnamese lady. We ordered a Stir Fried Pork and Prawn in Egg Noodle, and a Stir Fried Vegetables in Rice Noodles and both were quite tasty. Service is a bit slow but prices were reasonable. The quantity served was substantial and we came away quite satisfied.

Unsanitary conditions. The food was Uneatable!!! We ordered chicken vermicelli noodles with a spring roll to be delivered home. The order seat 'in the kitchen' for over an hour. The moment I was going to cancel they updated the order ready to pick up. When the order arrived 90 minutes later our meals had a 'sunny side egg' on the top the noodles where 'yellow' as someone else was eating eggs and the chicken meat was hard and cold. It was gross and nauseating.

Excellent family run restaurant, great food and great service! I love coming here for lunch or dinner!
