Amazing to sum up! I booked an appointment with Sumitra and she was simply awesome! She knows and the best in what she does! The back feels like feather after the appointment!! I would also like to thank Emily (Manager) here too. She was amazing, instantly responsive and made sure that we feel valued clients. The Bridgeland location has been super consistent, welcoming and very very easy to deal with. Thank you Emily and Sumitra

Great experience here. I booked a last minute massage and body wrap for my girl and I. They really accommodated this and did everything they could to make it a great experience. The services were really good as well. They treated us really well. Definitely a 5 start at this location.

I've been here for about 4, maybe 5 massages. The first MT wasn't great, so I asked for a different one and Tami is very good. Today when I was there, the day outside was cold, the room was cold, and the heater on the massage table didn't work. The massage was still ok, but I was never comfortable and was feeling chilly and had goosebumps throughout. At the end Tami went to tell the front desk about the temperature issues while I was redressing. I went to the front desk on my way out to settle up, the receptionist was there as well as someone who was obviously an owner or manager, they asked how it was and I told them honestly that it kinda sucked because of the cold. The receptionist laughed for a second and said yes, that's what the massage therapist said too! And then she told me she'd charged me $150 for the massage. No attempt to make things up. No offer of amends. No offer to reduce a cost on this or a future visit. And someone clearly who was a decision maker in the company stood beside her and offered nothing either. Will not be back. If I were the massage therapist I'd be annoyed, the poor condition of the equipment and cheapness of the management is directly taking money out of her pocket.

I've been to this location as well as the one in Legacy. The massages themselves at both locations were great and the RMT's were great. The only reason for 4 stars is because at the end the receptionists at both asked if I wanted to leave a tip even though my insurance covered the massage - it puts you on the spot and makes you feel like you have to and honestly I don't think I should have to when this is a medical thing covered by insurance, it's not like I am getting my nails done or am sitting down at a restaurant. Both times I did leave a tip because I was made to feel like I had to.

First time ever getting a massage and I went with a couples hot stone massage with my wife. Ella my masseuse was so amazing. She got all my knots out and was kind and did such a great job. Definitely recommend coming here for the friendly service and relaxing atmosphere.

What a wonderful experience at Leela Spa.

I was greeted by one of the friendliest young ladies I’ve ever met at the counter, and she welcomed me and got the proper information required while I was waiting for my massage therapist.

Rachel Waldner was hands down the best and most effective massage therapist I’ve ever had. I have had numerous injuries over the last 2 decades which have affected my health and wellness, and massage is an important part of my routine.
She listened intently to my concerns and worked efficiently to make those areas better. She was extremely pleasant and left me with important advice to practice until I see her again. I couldn’t recommend her and her expertise enough.

Will be a client for as long as they’ll have me.

I went for a massage with Rhonda! She was absolutely amazing. I had some neck pain going into it but it felt so much better the next day. Very sweet lady and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

I've got chronic pain and just visited San Francisco. Ed did such a great job with me today; checking in on pressure, respecting the 'silent massage' (what an awesome idea), and honestly one of the best if not the best massage I've ever had. Ed knows what he's doing if you're looking for someone well trained and can offer deep tissue.
