We've never been to any Leela Eco Spa location before but they had availability for a couple's massage the night prior to our appointment!

We were welcomed warmly on arrival, took a seat and were brought to the room at the appointment time. We picked Myra for my wife as she has experience working with people with autoimmune issues which she deals with and I had Samantha.

Our 90 minute massages went too quick and were happy with the quality of massage as they both adjusted as needed.

I was happy with the value of the massage but didn't appreciate that they don't cover parking at the parkade in the building (so budget another $40 onto your massage cost if driving). Additionally no sauna rooms or anything else to use.

Janelle is wonderful. Her massage is thorough, balanced, and incredibly relaxing from head to toe. She really cares about your experience, listens, is respectful, and is very good at giving tips and tricks for continued care outside of the treatment room. I have seen a number of therapists at Leela, and I keep coming back to her because her treatment is consistently lovely and spot on for what I need that day. Always happy with my experience when I see her. 10/10

And Calgary place is a lovely, quiet little hideaway tucked into the plus 15. Great little spa experience in an unsuspecting place.

I had a massage with Bonnie today. She gave me what is now the best massage I’ve ever had. She listened to what I said with regard to pressure and my need for a relaxation massage. I left feeling with an overall sense of wellbeing that I have been needing in a long time. The rest of the spa staff are very friendly and the spa is clean and has a very nice ambiance.

Very calm and relaxing environment, and the bed and head rest were actually incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend Yumi, she is very kind, careful and applies appropriate pressure all throughout, checking with me along the way. Had a great experience!

Terrible Experience – Avoid this place!

I recently visited this spa and massage parlour, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for a 60-minute massage, but they only gave me 45 minutes, cheating me out of the full service I paid for. When I brought this up with the therapist, they were extremely arrogant and dismissive. The therapist flat-out refused to address my concerns and rudely told me to “talk to management.” No accountability whatsoever!

On top of that, when I went to check out, the receptionist had already left! There was no one around to address the problem or even listen to my complaint.

It’s clear this place doesn’t care about their customers, only about taking your money. I felt completely disrespected and cheated by their lack of professionalism. Don’t waste your time or money here—there are far better places to relax and be treated with basic decency.

I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Inside Calgary Place lies a place to relax and let your worries melt away. Very nice of them to be so accommodating after arriving almost late. Shayla is an amazing massage therapist who is always interested in stories and making you feel as comfortable as possible. High recommendation from me.

I had a terrible experience at Leela Spa when I booked a couple’s massage. Despite paying for a full hour, the session was cut short to only 45 minutes. The therapist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not ready to listen my concerns. She showed no interest in listening or providing any kind of customer service. The receptionist wasn’t any better, with an equally bad attitude. Overall, it was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I was initially not impressed as I was not greeted kindly and was told to " Go Sit Down". I was unhappy to find out that there was no washroom in the salon and had to go out to a public washroom in the mall. The massage experience was good but would not go back to this location.
