I have been treated by Haslin Shanmuganathan at Lifemark Ajax since 2016. The staff has been always been friendly and welcoming and made me feel at home. Haslin has always been there to help me and has proven her knowledge and professionalism to me throughout the last 9 years. I am very pleased with the kindness and service that I am always received with and would recommend Lifemark to anybody recovering from an injury.

In January 2025, I was receiving care from Haslin Shanmuganathan for Vestibular therapy. I have had Vestibular therapy before with another physiotherapist years before but it was not to the extent, care and knowledge that I have received from Haslin.
During my therapy I was always encouraged to challenge myself a little further everytime with new and different tasks. Her guidance and knowledge enabled me to recover from my brain injury in good time.
I really felt my concerns were addressed and she took time to listen. I am very happy with the care that I have received from Haslin so I came back to see her for another concern I have. Thank you Haslin!

Haslin Shanmuganathan , my primary physiotherapist, provided consistent, personalized care throughout, always adjusting the treatment plan according to my progress. A special thank-you goes to Ho Yee, who not only assisted with exercises and treatment but also played a key role in my recovery through his patience and encouragement. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, which added to my sense of trust and comfort. Denise and Tanesha at reception also deserve recognition for their friendliness and flexibility in accommodating appointments and creating a welcoming atmosphere. I had a wonderful experience at Lifemark Clinic Ajax! The clinic has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, and the front desk staff are incredibly helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to highly skilled Massage Therapist Prapaporn—she is truly amazing! I had been struggling with shoulder pain for over six months, and after just one session, I felt a huge difference. She is truly an expert in her field and knows exactly how to target problem areas. I had a trimalleolar fracture on my left ankle that required surgery (10 screws and 2 plates) and came to the clinic looking for Physio to recover range of motion. Haslin (PT) was simply amazing! Her care and genuine interest made the sessions fun and informative. She is súper profesional and friendly. She always paid close attention to what I had to say, always showed interest in my recovery and provided me with exercises and treatment that allowed me to go on a trip planned before the fracture, only 5 months after the surgery. I highly recommend both the clinic and of course Haslin.

I had a great experience at Lifemark in Ajax. The team there is excellent. Over the course of the past year they really helped me deal with the issues with my back. They really care about their clients. Tanesha and Denise helped me navigate the paper work and dealing with the insurance company. Dipti, Ho Yee worked with me and gave me some tools to deal with my back issues. They pushed and challenged me to get better. I can't say enough about Nick he is amazing. Everyone on the team worked with me and educated me on how to help myself. My back is still a work in progress but I know I am in good hands with this team.

I want to thank Haslin, Nick, HoYee, and Denise for helping me recover and rehab from my MVA in January. It was my first time doing any kind of physiotherapy/massage, and the team was wonderful in doing their best in identifying and focusing what treatment/regimen would work best.
