I had an excellent experience at Lifemark. When I checked in (Sara I believe) was very friendly and helpful. The location and appt times fit my schedule perfectly. Then I met my assigned Physiotherapist Darcy McSorley. He is exceptional, from his caring, kind personality to his thoroughness and knowledge. I am truly grateful for his accuracy and expertise!

This place has been a life saver for me. Everyone one has been incredibly helpful, friendly and highly professional. Darcy has been very supportive and incredibly helpful, helping me keep a positive outlook on a full recovery. Stephanie, Sarah and Jill have treated me like family during every visit and there have been many. This is a very well run clinic as shown by the positive and friendly demeanor of the entire staff. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone that needs to use a place such as this.

The whole Staff at Lifemark in New Glasgow are a very friendly group. Rosanna and Erin worked very hard to get be back to my "normal"self !!! Mae and Stephanie were always a friendly face when I walked in and when I Called. If I had to leave a message, they returned my call in a timely Manner! Mike the OT was very thorough and understanding when we had to go to my work place!!! Sarah always has a smile on her face for you 🙂 Trinda is very friendly and makes you feel so comfortable with her. Robyn, Marcy, Darcy and Gillian are so friendly and concerned for you even if you are not their Patient !!! Great work by Everyone there !!! I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed their services again !!!

I had an amazing massage today by the wonderful Holly Barnes. Holly had been my massage therapist for a few years until she moved away. Now she’s back and I am so excited! Holly is FANTASTIC! Very calming and professional. I was so relaxed after my visit. And the Lifemark staff were so awesome and friendly! It was a great first time experience for me 🙂 I can’t wait for my next visit!

Had some issues with pain in my shoulders and a pinched nerve in my arm. After about 6 months of going here for appointments my issues have been drastically improved. Darcy was the person I worked with the most and he is great. All the staff here are very friendly and great to be around. If I ever have any future issues this’ll be my spot to go to.

I am so thankful for this clinic! I saw Gillian Malan for a shoulder issue and she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and professional and I found her compassionate and easy to talk to. She had me back to work and out of pain faster than I had expected! Kudos to the entire staff as well. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. They will be my go to clinic for any physiotherapy needs in my future!
