The service was very rushed. I don’t do my nails often and I expect my tech to take their time and have a conversation with me. My nail tech treated me like I was just a number in her day. I had a shellac manicure. The filing was very rough and when I pointed out my polish was bubbling she got a little rude. She fixed it and it came out decent so that’s why I gave the extra star. 🤷🏾‍♀️ This place is not the vibe if you want to relax. I had to remind them to massage my hands. In future take your time with your clients who book appointments. Nobody should feel like they are being rushed out of a chair for a walk in client. Just seemed like they tried to squeeze in as many clients as possible. My pedicure was amazing but I wouldn’t go back. This place should be renamed to QUICK nails.

Treated myself to their 20%off discount this month, and it was a great experience. I was one of their first appointments that day, and the lady who did my nails was very precise and made sure I was getting the right shape and length I wanted. She did a really good job and I was out within the hour, very fast and efficient. I will definitely be going back to Like Nails when I get my nails done again.

Had a set of gel nails done, 2 of them started lifting 30 minutes after the appointment. Went back to get a partial refund as I live out of town and didn’t have time to get them re done. Was yelled at and told that if every person was to come back to ask for a refund then she would be out of business. Extremely poor customer service and conflict resolution skills.

$80 later, cuticle work was bare to a minimum, spoke in their language the whole appointment, the shape and length is different on every nail. As a nail technician, save your money and go elsewhere.

I really am Not someone who likes to write bad reviews however I feel the need to in this scenario. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and offered beverages while I waited on the couch in their cosy lounge station. At this point I was fairly impressed and excited. I had originally got my nails done by ‘ML nails’ but they had over priced me so I decided I best try another nail salon. My friend had originally recommended this place and I was quite impressed by her nails so I thought that I would give it a try. I had showed them a reference picture before hand and picked the colours, keep that in mind. Shortly I was seated and they got to work, however when I had originally gotten my nails done by the other nail salon they had applied a gem to it so they couldn’t get that off which I thought was ridiculous since I’ve looked at a lot of
Photos from the website and they have glued on gems as well. They told me they would have to take the two nails off and they charged me $5 each. Ridiculous. They then instead of soaking those nails off, proceeded to RIP the nails off and dig under with a nail extension that they Proceeded to use on me afterwards. As you can assume, it hurt. Taking several layers of my natural nails off. After they redid those two nails they proceeded to do the design which is nothing like what I wanted! I argued about the base colour but the lady who did my nails argued back and proceeded to use a colour that was nothing like my inspiration. The design I had chosen was with pigment so she pulled out an orange pigment that was not like the colour I wanted and when she was done with it she did not brush off the excess powder leaving streaks when she put the top coat on it. Over all it seemed as though she was rushing though it in the end and I was left paying $75 FOR A FILL. The most upsetting part it the lady next to her did a wonderful job on her client. I am very annoyed. Will not be coming back.

The owner did my nails today and she was amazing! So friendly and customer focused, she did a full set of acrylics with gel polish in 45 min. Very fast and great at what she does. I have been to bong hong, nice nail, professional and 1 other since moving here and they were all awful at acrylics- definitely will be back! This is my new spot forsure! Thank you!

This place is like a hidden gem!
I was visiting my daughter and we decided to get manicures and let me tell you. WOW! Simply WOW!
The ladies are sweet, caring and appreciative and can get those darn ingrown toenails out for you!! 🤯
