Lil' Monkeys: where children run free and parents pretend they don’t have children. It’s basically a giant, padded Thunderdome where kids are released like overexcited golden retrievers at an off-leash park. Meanwhile, (Most, but not all) parents sit on the sidelines, glued to their phones, only looking up when there’s a scream loud enough to suggest potential liability. From one father to another... your kids want you to join in on the fun! While you have your health and perhaps half of your flexibility left...chase them around or play some hide and seek. They will remember and cherish these moments with you into their later years.

With that being said, this place is 10/10. Been coming here for years now and I feel like soon enough my son will be old enough to stop asking for lil monkeys. So greatful for this place and the memories it has allowed us to make!

Our new favorite playground. So much fun, they have a mini "activate" room for the kids, interactive video games, trampolines where they strap in and jump as high as they can and one of the best playstruxtures we've ever seen. We will be back for sure, worth the drive in from etobicoke! Only downside is the food is VERY over priced!!

Great place for kids. So much to do. They even have an area for newest monkeys to climb. They even have seats in play center for parent waiting for their children. Everyone must be in socks parents included, so sew up those toe holes. If I could change one thing or make a suggestion, it would be not to charge admission for adults. The price would make me think twice. But over all great place and it will make all the little monkeys very tired out and sleep well that evening.

I will never ever go back to this place. They just care about money. They enter as much people as they want, they don't care about kids safety. They just care about how many people will go in. There is no space to sit. They should have limited people like other playgrounds. Very disappointed. I don't know why city of burlington is not do any checking of these place. This is not a joke this is children safety. There are a lot of bullying, i saw a many kids was fighting because there were not enough space to play. They covered the fountain so you can buy water!
They will give you free admission if you write 5 stars review LOL

We hosted my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and we were extremely impressed by the professionalism, service, and cleanliness of during our stay. Aria was our host and she was excellent, and made sure we were well taken care of. Everything was neatly set up and carefully put away at the end of our time. All staff that evening were extremely kind and helpful and made this evening much more special. Thank you lil monkeys team.

This playplace is fantastic! Very clean and so much to do. The staff were all very accommodating and kind. The jungle gym is huge and such a fun theme ! I couldn’t believe how many interactive activities / games it has! I took my toddler here today for the first time and had so much fun. We will definitely be coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience at Little Monkeys recently. I was with my children and asked Maggie, one of the staff members, for two cups so I could serve the chocolate milk I had just purchased in the store. To my shock, she not only rejected my request but did so in an aggressive manner and with a tone that came across as racist. She insisted that the only way to get the cups was to pay $7.50 for them—can you believe that?

As a parent, I was appalled by her attitude and lack of basic courtesy, especially in a family-oriented environment. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure no one else has to go through such a disappointing experience.

Fun and lots to do. 2 stars lost because it's way too busy. I understand there is ebb and flow of guests, but as previously people mentioned, it gets so busy kids don't have enough place to play, and adults don't have anywhere to stand without being in the way. This should really be addressed for client satisfaction and experience, along with safety of guests.
