The staff at Lime are phenomenal. I have had the pleasure of working with many of them over the course of many months for physiotherapy, and every time I go I feel welcomed, and the staff shows a genuine concern about my wellbeing. Hands down one of the best physiotherapy locations I’ve ever experienced.

If you have need for physical therapy, Lime Physical Therapy West (in the YMCA building) is the place to go. Not only do you get incredible views of the prairies, but the staff there are very well versed in their craft.
I have worked with Tarek, Alex and Zach to recover from a foot injury. They are very personable and knowledgeable about how to move forward in the process of recovery. Tarek was a great advocate for me in working with my insurance company, as I had never been off work before on disability. I even took my son along to get some help with a sports injury. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good physio experience.

Awesome experience!! Had never been to physio prior to my referral to Lime! Was nervous and unsure what to expect! The atmosphere and the staff at Lime were very welcoming which took me from nervous to relaxed and comfortable! My evaluation with Tarek was thorough and professional! If you are ever in need of physiotherapy I would highly recommend Lime!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my facial with Amy! Not only did my skin love it, but Amy took the time to educate me on what she was doing, on top of providing amazing service. Warm and inviting atmosphere , ladies upfront are wonderful ,lovely music and conversation. Thank you. Definitely be back!

The clinical staff are absolutely excellent, if the rating was for them alone, it would be 5/5, no question. The physio and massage staff are wonderful. The reception staff are difficult to deal with, however. They often seem irritable and are inconsistently helpful. For example, some of the folks have no issue doing direct billing for my insurance, while others make a big fuss about it and say it can't be done. Another example, I'll call to book an appointment and the staff will tell me there's no openings for months, so i call back a couple hours later (hoping I get a different receptionist) and all of a sudden there's multiple openings on the days/times i was looking for. Basically, for the health side of things, they're pretty solid. But prepare to be annoyed by inconsistent and occasionally rude reception staff.
